“We love Edificio Abora”
+We love The Edificio Abora - this was our second stay. Love the apartment and the location. Claudia at Alfredo Real Estate was very helpful and always available on WhatsApp or at her office (very near the apartment) if we needed her. The building has only 10 apartments so it's very quiet. Since our stay in April the street outside has been improved and instead of rubbish bins at one end it is now cleaned up and the space given over to parking.
−There wasn't anything we didn't like

“Great accommodation that’s super comfortable and good value for money”
+Well equipped kitchen and great location - we would definitely stay here again
−Would have liked the fan and a hairdryer provided - we didn’t bother trying to rent either of them but I do feel both are quite basic facilities that should be provided

“Superb”
+Very friendly staff and the apartment surpassed all of my expectations. It has everything you need, from towels, to an iron, to hairdryer etc. Truly amazing!
−The bathrooms smells a bit, but I figured that’s common in the south part of the island from what I heard. Nothing too bad, however.

“All in all a pretty good place to stay”
+The location is very communcative - close to the bus stop (with buses going to the South Airport, even in the night), close to the stop of the free buses (for Jungle Park and Siam Park). There are two supermarkets nearby. The beach is just a street away. In the apartment there are washing machine, ironing board and an iron which is very useful if you're travelling with not much of a luggage. There isn't a hair dryer, but you can rent one for 20 euro from the office. Many restaurants near the apartment. And the owner (Claudia) is really responsive.
−There were those little ants in the kitchen, going all over the counter, so don't leave dishes or even packed food there. The shower head is standing either really upright or all the way down. The bedroom could use one more nightstand, as there is no place to leave your things on the right side of the bed. It's a little noisy outside, as the beach is near, but the balcon door shuts almost everything out.
