“The most considerate host I've ever encountered.”
+Amazing place. Very roomy and clean with a beautiful yard and friendly kitties. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our car rental company cancelled on us, and everything was closed. She went above and beyond, offering her own car for our use. We politely declined and then she spent hours finding us a rental company with availability.

+the house is giving you the feeling that you are at home. It is not an instagram decorated house. It is like an average house with all the facilities that a family needs. Big plus is that all the rooms have a big tv for you and your children

“Amazing stay in Sami Kefalonia”
+We had a wonderful stay in Sami with our two kids. The hosts were exceptionally kind and they provided everything that we needed. The house was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the garden a lot. The house is located 5 minutes from the beach and the camping Karavomilos is located right at the beach, offering shade, swimming pool and good food. Our stay in Kefalonia was excellent thanks to the very comfortable house and the beautiful island!

+We had a lovely stay here for about 5 days in June. It is the lower apartment of their home and it was clean, cool and comfortable. It did have a washing machine which we didn’t use, but nice to have if needed. Beautiful garden with chairs, eating area and a hammock. She had tasty snacks and a bottle of local wine there for us when we arrived. If you walk across the street there is a quiet little side road that goes directly to the beach. Less than 10 minute walk and then from there an easy walk into Sami. We found the location ideal.

“Peaceful and tranquil oasis in Kefalonia.”
+Beautiful, quiet garden paradise between Sami and Karavamilos. Accommodations are very comfortable and temperature of bedrooms are naturally cool. Our host, Athena had water, juice, jam, butter, wine and other amenities waiting for us which was so nice after a full day travel where we couldn’t get to the market until later. Washer is available and beaches are only a 10 min drive away.

“Beautiful garden but too many insects”
+The town is lovely and the house was spacious with everything needed.
−There house is realized slightly lower than ground floor, not a lot of sunlight. The garden Inn front of it is really beautiful but the amount of insects makes it hard to enjoy. We had to keep everything closed at all the time and never enjoyed breakfast or dinner outside. The host did some disinfection on our request and we found lots of dead insects but it only lasted one day.

+We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is modern, beautifully furnished, and makes you feel right at home. A huge plus: even on hot days, the apartment stays pleasantly cool without needing air conditioning. The absolute highlight, however, is the gorgeous garden. It is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, comfortable sun loungers, and everything else you could possibly need to relax. A lovely extra was the orange and lemon trees,we were even allowed to pick and eat the fresh fruit straight from the branch! On top of that, the hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful. They immediately address any issues and take care of everything as quickly as possible. Everything was just perfect. We would definitely come back!

“Ruime, koele woning met grote keuken, op loopafstand van Sami”
+Eden is gelegen in een benedenverdieping van een huis, waar de host boven woont. De woning is super koel, er is een overdekt terras en een (smalle) tuin met stoelen en ligbedden. Er is zowel zon als schaduw. De keuken is zeer compleet. Bij aankomst lagen allerlei producten voor ons klaar, croissants, vers fruit, brood, jam, ham, kaas, melk en een fles lokale wijn. Het was een erg fijne ontvangst. Er is een grote TV met o.a. Netflix. Het is een kleine 10 minuten lopen naar een kiezelstrand, daar zijn verder geen faciliteiten. Als je 2 minuten verder naar links loopt is er over een klein bruggetje een hotel met strandbedden en parasols waar je tegen betaling kunt liggen. Als je langs zee naar rechts loopt over een verhard pad loop je in 20 minuten naar Sami, waar je langs de haven vele restaurants en bars hebt.
−De woning voelde soms wat vochtig en klam aan. De Wifi was ontzettend traag en had een erg slechte ontvangst in het huis. Er was af en toe wat lawaai van de buren die met een hogedrukspuit in de weer waren. De toegang tot de woning / parkeergedeelte lag aan een weg waar soms behoorlijk hard gereden werd. Het is lastig te zien of er verkeer aankomt als je de weg opdraait, dus ik probeerde meestal achterwaarts in te parkeren.
