“Fantastic views!”
+excellent location, with views over the mountains and valley down to Arecife. Well equiped accommodation. Spacious. Interesting and useful set of books to look at.
−Chilly in the evenings and no heating. Property would benefit from a portable heater. Would be useful to open windows at the back to improve ventilation.

“Exceptional”
+It,s a beautiful house in a beautiful space, amazing view, surrounded by black vulcan rocks. The inside is clean, everything is tidy and done with thought. We loved the quiteness and that you are nicely located for trips around the Island.
−As other guests alreay said the last part of the way up to the house is steep, bumpy and unpaved. We changed our car to an suv and were happy to have a hybrid, with it it wasn't a problem.

“We would book it again...”
+Very quiet place in the wine yards, top view, cozy atmosphere, comfortable and well-equipped
−The dogs of the neighbor were somewhat scary, even if they are usually behind fences, the last part of the dirt road to the house is quite narrow and steep but manageable - small SUV recommended.

“Exceptional stay in Lanzarote”
+Beautiful property, stylishly decorated and amazing views. Also great location - central - in Lanzarote, so if you plan to do different things around the island, it’s a great base! Very friendly and helpful host!

“Amazing light & views amongst the vineyards.”
+Wow ! I think we were one of the first guests here as everything is recently refurbished. The views are amazing and the light is just like in the photos. The host was really welcoming and gave us loads of tips for places to visit, where to eat and a book with a load of hiking trails. The house itself is fully equipped - we weren't missing anything. You're surrounded by vines and other fruit trees, it's very peaceful having breakfast on the terrace. All using solar power too, I've never felt so eco friendly :-) We'll definitely be back.

Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!
−Tutto perfetto, niente da segnalare.

“Great views but not accessible”
+We stayed at this property at the beginning of June and, overall, we had a positive experience. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and the panoramic view is truly stunning. It was one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. However, there are a few things that future guests should be aware of. The sleeping area, which is built into the hillside at the back of the house, is very humid. We had to keep the dehumidifiers running whenever we were at home, and we even left the wardrobes open to prevent our clothes from absorbing moisture. The bedrooms also have only small high windows, so they feel quite dark and much less pleasant than the bright and spacious living area. That said, we have not stayed in any other properties in Lanzarote, so we cannot say whether this level of humidity is typical of this type of house on the island or something that could reasonably be improved. The biggest issue, however, was the access road. The house is located halfway up a hill and the final part of the road is unpaved, very uneven, narrow in places, and covered with loose sand. Even though we had rented a Jeep, we were unable to drive all t
−The access road, the humidity, the lack of a coffee machine.
