“Extremely negative experience. The property does not match the photos or even the basic hospitality standards.”
+Nothing in particular. The photos shown on Booking.com do not reflect the real condition of the property.
−The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from the pictures online. There was an unpleasant smell, damaged furniture, and a general lack of cleanliness. I had to leave the property and move to another hotel to stay in decent conditions. Communication with the host was difficult and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this place for any type of stay.

“Only slept here, out all day and evening.”
+Good location and easy check-in. Good communication from host. Near to cafes, restaurants and transport links.
−We only used the downstairs area during our 2 night stay - the bathroom was okay and beds comfortable. The upstairs kitchen area and facilities didn't look clean and so we didn't use them. As other reviews mention, the condition of the stairs isn't great - not suitable for elderly or small children.

+El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca al metro y supermercados. Es muy amplio y tiene lo necesario para estancias a medio/largo plazo. Me gustó mucho!
−En momentos se escuchaba mucho ruido por estar en un patio central. Cuando pedí cobijas para el frio no obtuve respuesta y no habia en el apartamento, solo dormi con la sabana y un edredón muy delgado. El baño tenia los desagües un poco tapados y el agua no se iba facilmente.

−Čistota... fotky nezodpovedali aktuálnemu stavu ubytovania, zrejme boli urobené na začiatku prenajímania, špinavá kuchyňa, obrusy, kúpeľňa, podlahy, schody polepené páskou, takisto vypínače, nefungovalo wifi. Majiteľovi zrejme nezáleží na spokojnosti klientov, celkový dojem z tohto bytu bol zlý a necítili sme sa pohodlne, takže neodporúčam...

−1. Я принципиально выбирала жилье с фильтром парковки Парковкой оказалась обычная городская, которая в округе только для резидентов. Мне было предложено использовать гараж, где цена за машину на ночь составляла около 60 евро Я была с тремя огромными чемоданами и это было огромной проблемой. В итоге 1,5 часа кружила ждала пока кто-то уедет на крошечном куске общей парковки, потеряли кучу времени, а мы были с двух длинных перелетов и сил на это не было вообще 2. Квартира это просто пустынный подвал, без какого-либо уюта Своих денег не стоит
