+The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, close to both the A and C metro lines, with many great restaurants nearby. It was clean, comfortable and felt very secure. Our host met us right on time and gave us lots of helpful information. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

“Good Experience.”
+It was easy to reach the place. Location was fine. There were good numbers of restaurants and one good convenience store ( i.e. Elite). Metro was a few minutes away and access to different parts of Rome was very easy. The house was clean and it was on third floor but easy to access as there was lift available. Due to hot weather at this time of year, two portable AC were not enough to cool down. But there were two air cooler and one fan too.
−Due to hot weather, the flat was really hot and there were not enough facilities to cool it down for a family of six people.

“Pour les amateurs de vintage”
+Points positifs : la localisation proche du métro San Giovanni pour se déplacer. Le colissée à 20 minutes à pieds. Il y a un petit marché juste en face. L'appartement est très spacieux (nous n'étions que 3 personnes). Des restaurants autour.
−Points négatifs : cet appartement est resté dans son jus des années 70 (mobilier, draps, serviettes de toilette, déco, etc...) . La cuisine est inadaptée pour cuisiner, pas de cafetière. J'ai eu l'impression que je dormais chez des grands parents avec leur linge de lit d'époque, etc... cela a tout de même un côté vintage qui peut séduire certains.

+Mieszkanie jest duże, blisko stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego.
−Niestety, ale pomimo tych zalet samo mieszkanie jest mało atrakcyjne. Apartament jest w dużej mierze składowiskiem starych i przypadkowych przedmiotów (np. stara szafa bez drzwi), które pozostawiono w mieszkaniu, powodując jego wizualne zagracenie. Ponadto, oferta online nie jest zgodna ze stanem rzeczywistym. W ofercie jest: sypialnia 2 dwa łóżka pojedyncze, w rzeczywistości było jedno łóżko podwójne, co skomplikowało sprawę, bo nie byłyśmy rodziną, w rezultacie dwie obce osoby spały w jednym łóżku. Kiedy zarezerwowałam to mieszkanie, poczytałam opinie i zadałam pytanie do właściciela, czy usterki, które były wskazane w opiniach zostały usunięte. Zapewniono mnie, że tak. Nie była to prawda. Wszystkie usterki, w których czytałam, nadal występowały: deska w toalecie nadal jest ruchoma, kabina prysznicowa to jedna wielka prowizorka, a w prysznicu nie można ustawić wody (albo zimna, albo b. gorąca). Jedna szafa w salonie straszy, jest zbędna, nie spełnia żadnej roli. Bez niej salon byłby bardziej przestronny. W drugiej, aż się prosi oddzielić pościel czystą od używanej, poukładać. Czajnik nie powinien stać tak wysoko na lodówce i na kuchence mikrofalowej, jest to niebezpieczne i niepr
