“Worst experience”
+One of the worst experience. Not at all worth to stay. Rooms are in basement and size of room is hardly 80-90sq ft. Total size of apartment would be less than 300 sq ft. Only 6 bucket hot water available . I don't suggest anyone to stay here.

“Superbe”
+Super appartement, moderne, très bien équipé avec 2 salles de bain. Proche d une station de métro et surtout en dehors de la zone C interdite aux voitures. Climatisation ce qui est indispensable en été à Milan, et remise des clefs très simple. Merci nous avons passés un super séjour à Milan et l appartement y est pour quelque chose

“Nice apartment close to center”
+Very nicely located apartment, 5 mins away from metro/tram stop that connects you to Duomo and Centrale station. Typical for the city old building with high ceilings.
−Communication with the host. I requested if we can have additional people in the apartment and I gave enough time in advance (couple of weeks as well as specific reminder on the day of arrival). I was ensured the apartment would be ready, and when my family arrived they were ensured the sofa bed was prepared. When we opened it, it was not, there was no sheet on it, and the protector of the mattress (which costs almost nothing from the local shops) was stained and dirty. Obviously, we booked a separate apartment down the road for the additional people, but when a host says everything is ready in the apartment it should really be the case. I should not be looking for bedsheets at midnight. (This could have been a mistake of the cleaning company, but it should be resolved within the next day and it was not). I would suggest to mention in the ad that the bedrooms are in the basement, as the pictures look very bright but it is not the case in real life. When you arrive my suggestion is to check upon arriving that everything is in the apartment before it's too late.

“Nice flat in a quiet district.”
+The apartment was clean and well equipped. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for sightseeing. 5 mins walking distance to the tram stop. Nice restaurants nearby.
−There are very steep, metal stairs to the bedrooms located in the basement.

“Perfect for our holiday”
+Very friendly host, we could even check in early since our flight was in the morning and we arrived early in the city. We had a very comfortable stay, the apartment is large and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located in a good area and well connected to public transport. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also a very short distance away from the city center by metro.
−The Internet connection was weaker downstairs in the bedrooms. By the way, the Wi-Fi router was inside the TV stand in the living room, I'm not sure that's the best location to keep such an equipment, it was really hot inside it and also stuffed with pillows. The door to the downstairs bathroom is hard to use.
