“Great interior comfort with no view in great Aktamira community”
+We chose this apartment in the Altamira complex and were generally satisfied as it allowed us to enjoy a prime location and get to know the area. The Pros: Amenities & Comfort: The interior is very modern with two AC units, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The living room features a very soft and comfortable sofa. The host thought of every detail: there is a safe, beach towels, board games, and even a few starter detergent capsules. Service: The host was very welcoming and greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which we truly appreciated. Location: The complex is right on the beachfront near Playa del Duque. Access to the pools and the promenade is very convenient.
−Things to Keep in Mind (Important Nuances): not minuses at all In reality, Altamira is a residential complex (formerly a 3-star hotel), and pool access is a standard right for every resident. This is a building feature, not a special privilege of this specific apartment. The View: The listing mentions "Beachfront Elite" and "Garden View," but the apartment is actually located on the 5th level ( according to ocean level) and zero level in the rear wing of the building. The balcony overlooks the parking lot (partially screened by bushes . There is no direct sea view from the apartment itself. Bedroom Layout: The bedroom has a unique heptagonal (seven-sided) shape. While architecturally interesting, it’s not very practical , the bed is pushed right against the wardrobe on one side, making access quite tight.

+Great location, right beside the boardwalk with the beach across. Apartment was a great size with a lovely sunny garden area with seating.
−Towels were placed on loungers by the pool to reserve them which sometimes left no beds available.

“The perfect sunny place to forget winter in Europe”
+Perfect location in front the beach. Appartment has all comfort : good bed, airco, clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool with heated water and enough sun loungers. Small supermarket (SPAR) on walking distance. Several good (but relatively expensive) restaurants nearby. Worthwhile to visit La Caleta. A lot of good tips from Juraj, who was a very helpful contact on site
