“Lovely stay. Will come back again.”
+Excellent host. Love the 3 floors of cosy accommodation. It’s clean, good lay out and comfortable. Very good location and near to the attractions in the Old City. Wonderful restaurants nearby. The double glazed windows shuts out the noise from the nearby bars effectively. We slept well.
−Nothing that we didn’t like.

−The location is in between two pubs, so if you like to party, perfect place. If tou want silence to sleep, maybe choose somewhere else!

“Charming apartment in a fantastic location.”
+The apartment is in a fantastic location. You are exactly where you want to be in Split, in the centre and within the historical square. Cannot fault the cleanliness or what is provided. We were met by the host at the property earlier than check in who was very friendly and is happy to help wherever she can. The coffee was provided along with water in the fridge. Towels are well stocked also. There are restaurants and shops literally next door, lovely Mexican restaurant on the street also.
−It is next door to a very popular nightclub which is open until 3am. I was woken every night between 1-4am with music, singing, people in the street. You can feel the music in your bed, however my friend had loop earplugs and didn’t hear a thing so just something to keep in mind. I would also 100% stay here again.

“Family stay in split”
+It’s close to all landmarks and restaurants. Tina was an excellent host. We were able to check in early. Apartment is well equipped and clean. Very homely feel.

+Everything we wanted was there. Like a home away from home. Very clean and easy to use. Great location close to all of old town and easy to find.
−2 lots of stairs but they were ok to give us lots of space over the 3 floors.

“Excellent location, quaint property, everything provided, suitable for night owls”
+Very easy check in, Tina was there to meet us and let us in an hour early which was very helpful. Everything you could need was there. Lovely well maintained property, in a perfect location for sight seeing and restaurants. love there was a seperate bedroom and toilet upstairs for our children.
−The only major issue for us was the club next door. there is a bar with loud music until 10pm then the club opens with even louder music until 3am. for us there was an added problem of a naval ship which made everything worse with drunken american sailors fighting in the streets outside. if you are night owls, into clubbing, heavy sleepers or not travelling with children this is a great place to stay.

“Beautiful apartment and great location!”
+Very nicely decorated and fully equipped apartment. We loved the many 'soft' details such as soft and colorful towels, clothespins to hang clothes on the line, and travel / tourist info. In addition, it's right in the old town so the location is wonderful!
−Not the hosts fault but it is quite noisy late at night due to the proximity of local bars. - the upper bedroom is easier to block the noise. We were tired so wasn't a big impact but definitely lots of noise.

−The location is perfect....but there is a bar 2 doors down....in the evening the music can be a bit of a distraction if you are an early bird....but if bars are your thing, it's perfect!
