−Beautiful sea view, but disappointing accommodation and poor value for money We stayed at Duplex La Marea as a family with a two-year-old child, and unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. Before our arrival, we specifically requested a baby cot through Booking.com. The host replied, “Estupendo! Sin problema” (“Great! No problem”), which we naturally understood as confirmation that a cot would be provided. Unfortunately, there was no cot when we arrived, despite the host’s earlier response. Having stayed in several holiday apartments across Tenerife, we feel that this property offers considerably less in terms of comfort, cleanliness and equipment compared with other places we have rented at a similar price. The apartment feels poorly maintained and inadequately equipped. The outdoor furniture on the terrace is in very poor condition and practically unusable. The overall standard of cleanliness is mediocre, and we even found dirty kitchen equipment, including a blender, left inside the cupboards. The kitchen was another major disappointment. “Left without a place to stay with 3 children”
+We had booked this accommodation 3 months inadvanced of staying. On arrival we were given instructions to collect a key. The key was not in the key box. We tried to call, text and email the vendor but got no response. We had no where to stay at 9pm at night with 3 children. We did not hear from them until 8.30am the following morning!! Just terrible!!

“Good expereince”
+The apartment is right in front of the beach, which is very good for snorkeling. It is spacious, kitchen was good and there is a washing machine.
−The blankets are a bit too thin, expecially first night we felt cold, later got used to the temperature.

“lokalizacja i widok fantastyczne, ale sam apartament i kontakt z gospodarzem pozostawiały wiele do życzenia”
+Parking - dostępny za budynkiem, bez problemów. Lokalizacja - blisko sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Widok i plaża - największą zaletą był taras z widokiem na morze, a plaża znajduje się dosłownie „rzut beretem”.
−Kontakt z hostem - meldowanie było bardzo stresujące, do 3h przed zameldowaniem nie wiedzieliśmy, czy otrzymamy klucze i czy będziemy mogli wejść do apartamentu. Czystość i stan apartamentu - duży, ale niekomfortowy, niezadbany. Klamka w łazience była zepsuta, w nocy było zimno, brak klimatyzacji, tylko jedna łazienka/toaleta na cały apartament.
