+Beautiful duplex apartment right in the heart of Liège. The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the main attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place feels cosy and welcoming. Communication with the host was easy and the check-in process was smooth. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
−I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Liège! The Duplex Hyper Centre is perfectly located right in the city centre, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all just a short walk away. The apartment itself is fantastic , spacious, beautifully arranged, and very clean. The duplex layout gives it a really comfortable and stylish feel, and it had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the whole place felt welcoming and well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was simple and convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Liège. I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

+We had an excellent stay at Duplex Hyper Centre in Liège! The apartment is beautifully presented, spacious, and incredibly clean , exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect , right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like clear instructions, good Wi-Fi, and well-equipped kitchen. The design and layout of the duplex made it feel very comfortable and modern. It was a fantastic base for exploring Liège, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Nice, central family friendly spot”
+Superb location, close to everything at walking distance or easy access through public transport. The beautiful staircase adds some charm to the place.
−Although the place has all the basics to stay comfortably, there’s not much attention to detail. Appliances and some furniture are installed hastily and sometimes in a way that are probably not up to safety standards (i.e. the stove is definitely not safe to be used on all four heating spots and the kitchen power outlets are placed right above the heat source of the stove). I was travelling with a kid and a senior and the choice for kitchen cabinet door handles are not accessible at all; they could barely open them - it requires A LOT of strength on a finger to pull the dishwasher or fridge doors, for example. Another example is the hastily (white) paint marks at the staircase. It is a pity that this part of the apartment did not get the treatment it would deserve as it’s so beautiful and brings a lot to the scene of mix of old building and modern comfort. Outside the apartment the common areas are simply not taken care of and there’s a constant foul smell in it - not a major issue but it’s sad to see such a beautiful building not cared for.

+Very spacious and comfortable apartment. We arrived on a 40-degree day. The air conditioning was very welcome! We were travelling in the car with bikes. The Cathedral Underground car park was only 200 m away, and we could leave the bikes there safely.
−For a longer stay, the kitchen could be bigger.

“Okolica wszędzie blisko i parking”

−Zniszczone panele w salonie w kilku miejscach chyba ktoś je zalał.Brzydkie ,stare i za mała ilość sztućców i filiżanek. Chalas cala noc w sypialni od głównej ulicy .

“Comfortabel en toplocatie”
+Mooie locatie. Vlak bij winkels, pleinen en nachtleven met muziekcafés en terrasjes. Maar gelukkig goed geïsoleerde ramen.
−Alles was goed, maar als je minder fit bent misschien lastig: 3e verdieping met trap en woongedeelte nog een hoger

“Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie. Klein beetje onderhoud her en der is geen overbodige luxe.”
+De locatie is top: middenin een leuk, gezellig deel van de stad. Alles is goed te voet bereikbaar.
−De loungebank was deels niet te gebruiken, omdat er twee poten telkens onderuit vielen.

+De ligging was top en ook een van de beste bedden waar ik ooit in geslapen heb, de deuren werkte met codes dus geen gedoe met sleutels en slechts 150m van een parking.
−De keuken en de vloer mogen wel eens aangepakt worden en aangezien er geen lift is was en je op het derde verdiep verbleef was het wel pittig de trap te trotseren.
