“Don't book this apartment”

−The price, the bedding stank was dirty and not fit for use also the beds in the second room unfit for use they did not say that they are camp beds.it was poorly cleaned and maintained some jobs that had been mentioned over a year ago still not fixed like the patio door has a crack in the glass and the lock missing this has been over 12onths I had to go out on the secondorning to buy new bedding which when I asked about a refund I had no reply so I gave this all away on my last day rather than let them have this the pillows are all unfit for use covered in stains and smell the old duvet was also smelly and unfit for use the toilet down stairs yiu can not use as once you sit on the toilet your not able to close the door over all this apartment was not an enjoyable experience

+Central location but on a quiet street. Private parking space. Can fully self cater.
−Upstairs toilet - flush broke on first evening (was fixed the following day). Downstairs toilet - water fills right to the top then very, very slow to drain. Also room is so tiny it is impossible to close the door when sat on the loo (meaning you have to be comfortable going to the loo in the open plan kitchen). Mattresses - double bed old, dirty & uncomfortable. The 2 single beds are cheap camp beds & very hard. We had very little sleep during our stay. Bedding - very cheap duvets & covers. The covers constantly fell off the duvet. Towels - very thin, started to smell quite quickly & felt old. Furniture - no bedside tables or lamps in either bedroom. Locks - Both the front door & the front gate locks are very temperamental & it took time to get in & out. We were twice locked inside the apartment unable to open the front door. We had to exit via the terrace door & then try to open the front door from the outside. Also, one half of the terrace door has had its locking mechanism removed so it's left with a hole & feels insecure. We didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of worth in the apartment so took our passports/all valuables with us when we went out every day. Parking - altho

+La ubicación perfecta, pero es una pena todo lo demás, porque es espaciosa, pero nunca he estado en un apartamento que no tenia ni donde apoyar nada ,ni mesillas , ni armarios, solo una barra para 4 personas..Hasta un mensaje en la tele de unos inquilinos que pusieron la fecha en la que estuvieron, , se puede imaginar el tiempo que no se limpiaba habían pasado mas de 2 meses. Y las camas parecian mas un castigo , en la habitación de 2 camas tuvimos que poner el colchón por llamarlo de alguna manera porque era finísimo ponerlo en el suelo el somier roto así 3 noches. Les llamé para preguntarle si seguían en obras porque estaba tan sucio..... En fin no volvería en esas condiciones. Envío fotos.

−Todo muy sucio éramos dos personas y tuvimos que dormir en la misma cama porque la otra habitación no se podía dormir una vergüenza de colchones Pongo las fotos que he sacado, pero los muebles de la cocina no se ve porque brillaba y no tenía dos pares de llaves.

−Mobiliario escaso y no muy cómodo. Las camas de una de las habitaciones eran dos camas plegables El aseo de la planta baja no puede usarse con la puerta cerrada
