“Good location and view. Plenty of room.”
+Good location and good view from lounge. Good location for eating places and historical centre.
−Lot of stairs to reach apartment and no handrail at top of stairs inside apartment. This could be hazardous for older people. No teacloth or instructions for appliances like microwave, which was different.

+The apartment is located at the heart of the city. Everything is super close. Good facilities, comfortable beds. The view was very nice from the room. Gerardo was always available and responsive any help needed.
−Parking is impossible in the city centre. Parking our rental car caused problems.

“It felt like a home I could relax in. Especially bird watching become a new hobby here :)”
+2 things stand out for me: the AMAZING VIEW from the living room to the garden, hill, birds and trees, and the QUIET NIGHTS while it's so well located. Everything is within walking distance. It's a great place to retreat for a bit. It also has all kinds of practicalities to properly live there, such as olive oil, shower gel, cleaning materials and enough towels and toilet paper. What's more, the owner is kind and reasonable, and makes sure all needs are met.
−Be mindful that upstairs you might bump your head sometimes. It is such a cosy upstairs bedroom and bathroom though!

“An excellent stay in a sunny, well equipped apartment”
+The comments are true- this place is absolutely stunning. The location is excellent- incredibly central, yet quiet. The apparent itself is sunny and has a beautiful view. It also has everything you need, from vacuum cleaner, washing detergent, cooking equipment to the most comfortable bed and clean sheets. The apartment was very clean too. Our host was really kind, attentive and friendly. Cheers to you! Highly recommend this place.

“Ogólnie pobyt fantastyczny.”
+Lokalizacja apartamentu fantastyczna w bocznej cichej uliczce, po przejściu 100 m dużo sklepów, piekarni i restauracji. W apartamencie 2 łazienki, wygodna sypialnia i ładny salon poniżej z aneksem kuchennym ze wszystkim co potrzebne ( tylko nie było kapsułek do pralki ). W sypialni i na dole klimatyzacja oraz wiatrak Piękny widok przy śniadaniu, rolety automatyczne oraz okno w sypialni również i z czujnikiem deszczu.
−W sypialni lepiej nie używać klimatyzacji bo jest zagrzybiona. Generalnie brudno, odpływy w ogóle nieczyszczone, pełno włosów. Generalnie firma sprzątająca przeleciała szmatą i po sprzątaniu. Trzeba poświecić godzinę na posprzątanie no chyba że komuś to nie przeszkadza, ale i tak warto bo miejsce jest dobre. .Jak wrócę do Malagi to też do Duplex Haven.

“Dávám 4/10 kvůli ochotě pána domácího, jinak bych dal 2. Spokojeni jsme nebyli.”
+Plně vybavený byt. Majitel ochotný a nápomocný. 10 min chůze do centra města, 20 min k moři. Možnost check-inu v noci. Příjemné překvapení v lednici při příjezdu.
−Kvalita ubytování pro nenáročné. Spíš podprůměr. V domě přebývá pán, který žebrá peníze, a je dost nepříjemné ho potkávat. Navíc se line hrozný smrad z jeho místnosti. Čistota obecně hodně špatná, ale pro přespání to stačí.
