“Good option in Milan for stay”
+The apartment size was good for the family of 3 (but with small kid). Apartment was clean. Direct metro for Duomo and Centrale FS. Almost all the appliances are present except a hair dryer.
−Some basic facilities were missing. like bodywash and dryer in the washroom Sugar and salt in the kitchen. Few lights were not working in the living room. Some utensils are too old and owner should change it.

“Great acommodiation”
+Typical italian style of the building...
−Advice to the owner to think about ordinary keys for the entrance...could be a big problem if your mobile phone turns off because of the baterry...

“Passable”
+Location Nice building The rooms are comfortable
−1. the check in online (excessive requirement to provide not only copies of IDs but the photo of the person holding his/her ID). Never faced with such rule however I booked many other apartments in Italy. 2. too complicated access into apartment with absolutely not clear guidance from the owner The link to the video instructions how to get to the apartment was provided. The link opens well via wifi connection however I was not able to open the video via mobile internet standing in front of the building totally wet in the rain. Additional written instructions with the codes written is highly recommended but unfortunately only link to the video was provided. If I only need the code I need to watch the video from the beginning. Unfortunately this video does not help to open the apartment door because there is a special device which could only be open without another link. Another link was not sent to me. It was only sent when I called to the owner. The owner believed that it is 100% clear that I should use the link for the check in online (I have not received such instructions in the messages in booking.com). Finally this link was sent to me in the message at booking.com 30 minutes af

“Exceptional”
+Location is excellent (quiet upmarket area of city centre of Milan), building itself is beautiful and very well maintained (excellent common areas of the building), apartment is comfortable bright and clean. Host is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out are easy (electronic keys), but you do need to have mobile internet.
