“Good spacious house we would visit again”
+Great location, spacious and well-equipped property. The hosts were communicative and helpful. The house was ideal for us as a family with young children although some might find it tricky as not all bedrooms are on the same floor.
−The house feels in need of a bit of TLC with lots of small issues like broken toilet roll holders, pictures off the walls and dirty windows particularly downstairs. It's a town house so the kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the middle floor and living room upstairs. This meant we didn't use the living room much, but this wasn't really an issue for us.

“Nice and modern”
+Nice and modern and was a walk away from centre. Also like it has a car parking space.
−Cleanliness needed a bit more attention to detail. Grout in shower was yellow, toilet bowls were stained and the bath mat was stained yellow. There was also some damage; maybe be made by previous tenants; however this really needs to be repaired. One of the beds was also very rickety and needs tightening. The outside bins were also almost overflowing when we got there and someone came before our checkout time and opened the key box.

−The house is very dirty. There was no bedding when we first arrived although the cleaners did come within 40 mins of us checking in to make the beds but we couldn't get in touch with the hosts.

“Would recommend”
+Location great . Nice and quiet , lovely place to stay . Decor was lovely , comfortable
−Cleaners arrived to make beds around 4.30pm whilst we were all trying to get ready for our event. The house was spotless but does need a few jobs doing around the place . Furniture on balcony needs cleaning , deterred us from sitting out .

−The kitchen was not well furnished. There was the bare minimum. The pots were scratched. And only 2 forks left. The blinds on the bedroom upstairs were almost transparent so it was hard to sleep at night.

“Needs a big deep clean and freshen up”
+The location was great
−Where to start, we pulled up and the outside was filthy. When we walked in the place stunk and was filthy. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1 as had no other option. Went straight to the shop to buy air freshener and cleaning products to clean what we could for one night

“Worst ever experience of booking made worse with having to deal with booking.com”
+Nothing to like about the property, paid upfront, no access to property unable to contact the owner. I would recommend that you stay well clear. I had to book a last minute property at double the price. Worst booking I have ever experienced. DO NOT BOOK. A possible scam. Should be removed from any listing.
−Everything, no access can’t therefore comment on the the inside of the property although the bins were overflowing possibly encouraging a rat infestation. Windows were filthy on the outside.

−المكان غير نظيف وملئ بالغبار كانه لم يتنظف لأشهر ، الحمام في. نظيف الفوط والشراشف غير نظيفين واول وصولنا كانت هناك ملائات وفوط مرمية على الارض ، كان صعب التواصل مع المالك ولم يكلمنا طول وقت السكن ، بعيدة قليلا عن المركز في شارع كله تحويلات

+Sehr gute Lage. Gute Anfahrbarkeit. Parkplatz. Sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
−WC im Erdgeschoss war faktisch nicht nutzbar... das Wasser lief permanent und füllte daher nicht den Spülkasten. Vermieter reagierte trotz Nachricht über Booking.com und 2 Mailbox-Nachrichten nicht Keine Spülmaschine. Trotz jungem Alter von Haus/Wohnung schon einige Schadstellen, insbesondere im Bad.
