“Excellent accommodation, well located and family-friendly.”
+The location is excellent, the apartment is exactly like the pics, super spacious and everything works perfectly!
−There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. In this case, my parents, sisters with children and I was single. Depending on the configuration of the family and friends, even though there are beds and mattresses for everyone, there are only 2 bedrooms. So, I preferred to put 1 mattress in the living room and have more privacy and silence. The apartment only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, the kitchen and living room are extremely stuffy, I asked for a fan and they provided it ASAP.

“Nice place, nice location, could use some maintenance”
+The owner was very helpful and communicative. So great contact.
−The quality of the sheets and the towels is not so great. Everything is a bit worn down. Also more towels. We were there 4 days with 3 people and could have had more towels, also towels and cleaning wipes for the kitchen would be useful. There was no soap of shampoo. Would have been nice to have that. The internet didn't work for a few days, because of a broken cable, but the owner fixed it asap. But we did have no internet for 3 days because of that.

“Posto strategico, appartamento semplice ma funzionale”
+Ottima la posizione, comoda alla spiaggia ma anche rispetto ai ristoranti limitrofi. Il condominio è tranquillo e ben organizzato. L'appartamento luminoso e ventilato. Si gode di una vista meravigliosa sull'oceano.
−il condominio è davanti ad una strada molto trafficata, e poco isolato rispetto al rumore della strada, inoltre anche il vento penetra dai serramenti e si sente spesso il fischio. I bagni sono piccolini, un po' scomodi.

“Apartamento confortável e local ótimo!”
+Apartamento muito bom, bem ventilado naturalmente, ar condicionado, colchão e chuveiros ótimos, confortável… bem pouco ruído do apartamento acima. Tem uma vista bonita e fica próximo à padaria para o café da manhã e vários restaurantes. Próximo à vida noturna em Ponta Negra e ao Morro do Careca, que conta com muitos artesanatos e restaurantes à beira mar e à escadaria de Ponta Negra. Tbm próximo a vários shoppings.
−Um fato que fugiu ao controle do proprietário mas foi resolvido rápido , uma manutenção no prédio que precisou fechar o abastecimento de água por um período de manhã à tarde em um dos dias. E a questão do valor da hospedagem não ter parcelado uma vez que ficou em 4 mil o total da hospedagem pesou um pouco em apenas uma parcela.

+O apartamento está numa ótima localização e é ótimo para grupos maiores. Acomodou bem seis pessoas. É bem equipado e possui dois banheiros, o que facilitou a nossa organização. A proprietária é muito educada e prestativa. Nos passou todas as informações de forma clara.

+Tudo muito limpo e organizado, o apartamento é bem equipado, tem uma vista maravilhosa, perto de tudo, e o edifício é bem seguro.
−Não que seja algo fundamental para mim, mas a TV da sala estava sem Internet, usamos mais a TV do quarto. O ar do segundo quarto estava com um cheiro estranho e demorava pra gelar, mas uma hora gelava bem. E senti falta de uma Cuscuzeira. Fora isso tudo Ok, e super recomendo.
