“Exceptional”
+A beautiful. modern place. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. It was in a good location with easy access to the centre of Genoa and peaceful at night. Annalisa was always on hand if needed for anything. Very kind and helpful.. Would highly recommend this place.

+Very good value for money. Everything was neat and clean. Exactly as described in photos and reviews. The area is easily reached by bus that stops less than 5 minutes walk away.
−The property has a kitchen which means you can cook and is one of the reasons I chose this place to stay. I would have appreciated a few bare necessities; like a bit of salt, oil or maybe some sugar etc. Though I suppose it is not directly the risponsiblity of the owner to provide these. However the kitchen has a good supply of equipment such as pots, pans, knives etc.

+Well furnished spacious apartment in the wider centre of Genoa. Friendly hostess, easy communication. Quiet house, city view. Ideal place for a few days stay in Genoa.
−It would be advisable to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. When showering, the water flows across the floor further into the room. If you arrive by car, it is almost impossible to find a parking space on the street.

“Good place for a few days or long holiday”
+The apartament is in a quiet area of the city, very well connected by public transport with the rest of the city. It is very nicely done, with plenty of space and clean. Also, clean sheets and towels were provided, and pots and coffee appliances available, if you need to use them. Very close to the central train station. The restaurants in the area offer good and diverse food options. The local market is close by, and also shops for focaccia or pastry.
−The parking spaces around the building are always taken and most of the public parkings are occupied most of the time. Impossible to stop to load/unload luggage in front of the entrance of the building.

“Nice apartment & Great host”
+The apartment is conveniently located between the Genova Brignole station and the San Martino hospital, and provides most of what anyone might need for a short to mid term stay in Genoa. The best part for me was the host: she really went the extra mile trying to be helpful with matters related to our stay in Genoa and in giving valuable advices.
−-Occasional traffic noise at night. -There are so many light/appliance switches that you might need labels for them 😅.

+Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, przestronne, wygodne. Podobała nam się garderoba. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne. Przystanek autobusowy blisko domu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
−Czajnik nie działał podczas naszej obecności. Pani właścicielka stwierdziła że musieli go zepsuć poprzedni goście. Niestety przez kilka dni utrudniało to nam przygotowanie ciepłych napojów. Zdecydowanie była niewystarczająca ilość kubków i filiżanek. Przydałoby się również duże lustro w przedpokoju.
