“Subpar Experience: NOT recommended at all”
+The location was great because Rione Sanità is one of the best places in Naples.
−Misleading Representation and Poor Bathroom Condition The actual condition of the apartment, particularly the bathroom, does not match the photos on Booking.com. The bathroom suffers from extensive mold issues and a noticeable moldy odor. The shower enclosure is damaged, featuring a hole and significant dirt accumulation. The shower head is challenging to use due to a broken pin. The bathroom mirror is extensively rusted. Inadequate Water Temperature The hot water supply is insufficient, providing only lukewarm water. Inefficient Heating System The apartment's heating is unbalanced due to a single air conditioner attempting to regulate two floors. This results in the upper floor overheating while the lower floor, including the bathroom, remains uncomfortably cold. It is not recommended!

+The unit was clean and good for a family.
−The area was not family friendly. Parking was expensive 40 euro plus per day. Not safe to park on the street.

“Nice apartment in a lively neighborhood”
+Clean apartment, plenty of room. Supermarkets and shops in the vicinity to buy breakfast. Lively neighborhood, real Napolitan atmosphere.
−We waited for 30 minutes for the owners to arrive with the keys. Maybe we were a bit unlucky… The underground/Metro (Museo) was a bit further than expected. And in the evenings/nights it was not always safe around the metrostation. Specially not for women.

“Good value for money”
+It was very clean apartment, with everything working fine. Totally according the description. No bad surprises.
−The only disadvantage of this apartment - is the location, which I think can be quite dangerous :).
