“Very good”
+Very nice and helpfull owner. Appartment was clean and very nice. You really are in the center so sleeping with your window open is not an option but you don't have to while there's an airco, so with closed window you nearly hear the traffic.
−Entrance not easily to find but with the help of the owner it wasn't that difficult in the end.

“Modern, clean apartment in the heart of Bucharest”
+Excellent apartment in very close proximity to Bucharest Old Town (5-minute walk). The flat was super clean and modern, and taken care of very well.

+A fantastic stay! Radu was an incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful host from the very start: upon our arrival, he provided us with complimentary water bottles and slippers. Throughout our stay, he kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the apartment is excellent, perfect both for exploring the city on foot and for taking the Transylvania tour, which departs right nearby. Highly recommended, thank you for everything Radu!

+Beautifully renovated apartment with a great bathroom, view from the bedroom was epic and the location was fantastic
−The bed was slightly too firm but that’s just personal preference, definitely doesn’t detract from our experience

“Enjoyed it all!”
+Location could not be better. Walking distance to everything; coffee shops Restaurants, historic sites. Easy access to building and apartment. Easy BOLT pick up for attractions further out. Great air conditioning unit cools apartment with bathroom door shut. And GREAT shower!
−Not having drawers or shelves with space for clothing. (We stayed 5 nites so needed to unpack.)Shelving unit in kitchen closet might be moved to wall in dining area to serve this purpose.

“Excellent room in a great location”
+The room is excellent and very comfortable. The location is great, very close to the old city and next to metro and central bus station. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Radu, the owner, was constantly supportive in whatever it might need. I suggest this room to anybody would like to have a pleasant stay in the center of Bucharest.
−Maybe the noise from the traffic, the apartment is next to a big avenue in the centre. Although, with the windows closed, there was no disturbance.

“Definitely recommended, thank you so much”
+Communication was amazing with the host, thank you for being proactive and offering flexibility with check in and check out. Apartment was super clean , location was perfect and everything accessible in just few minutes - including Grand Hotel Bucharest, which is the meeting point for most tours. View from the huge windows and shower bathroom is also amazing. Very easy access and pick up points also for Bolt and Uber, highly recommended to use their services.
−Only suggestion would be an addition of pillows and perhaps a mattress topper to make the bed super extra comfortable, but that also depends on individual preferences. For summer, perhaps blackout curtains would also benefit travelers who wish to spend some time to snooze - but most tours require early wake up at 6-7am so it wasn't a big deal.

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Bucharest with an amazing view”
+We really enjoyed our stay at Downtown Forest Boutique. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly located. The view from the windows is also wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Radu is an exceptional host. He kindly allowed us to check in early, which was especially appreciated during the heat, and he was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the keys, resolving it quickly and smoothly. If we return to Bucharest in the future, we will definitely book this apartment again. Highly recommended!
