“Excellent stay in the heart of Como.”
+Fantastic location, lovely spacious, warm and well appointed apartment with a large balcony overlooking the city centre. Our hosts Michele and Federica were really helpful and communicative and met us on arrival to carry our bags upstairs which was so kind. We would love to stay again.

+It was in a great location , very comfortable and so well equipped. Our hosts provided us with plenty of great information regarding Como and its surrounds.
−For an older couple like us ( 80 & 77) the 3 flights of stairs were certainly a challenge.

“Absolutely loved this place. If your going to Como this is the apartment you should book”
+This is a superb apartment located in downtown Como. In the heart of the community and amongst the many street, shops and cafes. It was spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rainfall shower was excellent. The owners were only a phone call away should we need any advice. And even helped us carry our cases to the apartment.
−Be prepared that this apartment is on the top floor of the block which is 4 floors.

+Emplacement vieille ville (tout à pied) calme, grand, propre ,gd four ,vaisselle nombreuse ,lave linge , belle salle de bain, entrée par cour intérieure, interphone, clim, vrais volets, parking proposée à 5min à pied (30€ 3j) bel accueil des propriétaires
−Canapé lit inconfortable et bruyant et oreiller presque inexistants Pas miroir salon ni porte manteau entrée Pas d’ascenseur (plusieurs étages à monter, escalier étroit)

+Lekker ruim, schoon, ruime badkamer, fijn bed. Parkeerplek is geregeld voor ons tegen een meerprijs. Wasmachine was handig aanwezig.

“Logement très décevant malgré le très bon accueil des hôtes.”
+Les hôtes sont charmantes et étaient présentes lors de notre arrivée. Elles nous ont très bien accueilli et porté les valises. Le logement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.
−La literie n'est pas du tout confortable. L'appartement est sous équipé, pas de micro ondes, pas de rangement. Aucun endroit pour stocker dans la salle de bains les affaires, pas de porte manteau. Idem pour le salon qui ne dispose que d'un canapé clic clac très inconfortable et d'une table basse. Le logement est trop cher, il est sous équipé et le confort n'est pas au rendez vous. Les hotes avaient programmé le chauffage uniquement le matin et le soir mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons réglé manuellement. De plus, la puissance electrique est insuffisante. Les plombs ont sauté alors que nous faisions fonctionner le chauffage et le four. Une lampe au plafond ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre, le logement est très bien situé, dans la vielle ville, vous pouvez faire tout à pieds.
