+The host was really nice and helpful and the area of the house with lemon trees and cats was beautiful.

+The location is in a quiet area, and the room had everything you needed. The renovation, furniture, and dishes weren't the best, but they were average.
−There were several stairs in the building, so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases or are elderly, for example, it might be difficult. It's also far from public transportation (a 20-minute walk from the metro).

“A most enjoyable property”
+Nice quiet location in a residential area. Nice views from the roof terrace which was a good outdoor space which many don't have. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful with good communication throughout.The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable with all the facilities we needed (except, perhaps, a kettle would have been useful). We would definitely stay there again if we visit Naples. We liked the owner's very friendly little cat who would come to see us. We felt the area was very safe and the apartment very secure.

“Lovely, cozy place”
+A very nice penthouse flat. It's in an apartment building on 3th or 4th floor (don't remember). You enter it via the owner's very charming garden - she lives downstairs. It didn't feel like you were living in an apartment building but rather like you were living in the top floor of a house - very private and cozy. Being so high up it has a lot of natural light. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bathroom was fine. Bed was good. Plenty of storage space. Huge terazza, very nice. Mosquito netting on the doors and window. I liked the location - in a very local neighbourhood. But no problem walking into the more central parts of town. For Napoli it was very quiet at night. Check-in was in person, went very well. Self-check-out. Good contact with owner. I was sad to have to leave and would happily come back.
−I walked there with luggage from the Piazza Cavour station - not recommended; it's uphill and some pavements are not good - narrow, cobble-stones etc. Just get a taxi there. Going back was easier as it was downhill...

“Great place”
+Fabulous outdoor space, very secure apartment with all the facilities you need for a self catering stay
−The stairs are not suitable for people with limitations but great for burning of the calories you undoubtedly put in from the amazing local eateries.

“Very good”
+The place is beautiful. Nice room, living room and the terraces are wonderful with great views. The shower is also great. The owner was very kind to us.
−It is necessary to get better directions to get to the property, because the closest station is not Dante, it is easiest to walk to the flat from Materdei station. Although the path includes stairs and short hills, it is Ok, it is just the way Napoli is.

“à un quart d'heure à pied de la place Cavour (Musée archéologique) -”

−fournir au moins un four micro onde pas assez de casserole, la propriétaire nous en a prêté une Très bien placé et accès sécurisé mais beaucoup d'étages à monter qui pourrait rebuter des personnes avec des difficultés pour marcher ( au moins le signaler)

+Un appartamento oltre che molto bello, pulitissimo, accogliente e sopratutto la tranquillità durante la notte veramente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e troverete la proprietaria Melania gentilissima e sempre disponibile.
