−Would have left a good score and review, but leaving a bad one since we got lied to. Before arriving we asked if there is internet because I had to work one of the days during the stay and we were told there is. Upon arrival there was no internet, which caused unexpected difficulties and waste of time, since we had to change plans, go look for a place with wifi, download and set up e-sim, etc. Hlwe asked the host if they can do something about it, got no response. All could have been well if they did not lie and said there is no internet, then we would have planned accordingly.

“Very rude host asking you to pay for a towel”
+The location is very convenient, the neighbourhood nice and the apartment quite spacious.
−The apartment is not prepared at all for hosting people. There is a massive lack of communication from the part of the porpery owner, who did not let us know how we would get to the apartment until 10 minutes before the arrival. When we arrived we found that there was a leak of water from the dishwasher which was still on when we arrived. We also saw that there were only two small bathroom towels. I reported the water leakage to the owner and asked for more towels, to which he replied that he can bring them FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE of 5 EUR each! Moreover he said that someone would come to check the water leakage and that did not happen, so basically for three days the entire kitchen floor was flooded. The kitchen is basically empty, there were only one coffee capsules per person which I find outrageous for this price. And now - the host is very rude, impolite, and used offensive language. It did not ruin our stay, but I find it unacceptable.

“Good location but apartment not well tended or set up.”
+The location was excellent- close to Buda Castle District and the Chain Bridge. Transport links to everywhere else are good. The bath and shower were amazing- lovely to be able to relax in a warm bath after a day of sightseeing. The view from the balcony was nice and the apartment was nice and warm during cold weather. Hairdryer provided which was nice.
−The apartment is very badly stocked; the kitchen did not have an electric kettle or a microwave. There was no brush for sweeping the floor (or vacuum cleaner). I did email the owner to ask for one but I got no reply. This meant that any crumbs that fell to the floor were walked on during my stay (This really annoyed me). Although the booking did say that towels were included, I only got one (not very big) one for the shower. I did email to ask for another one but, again, got no reply. There were also a few cosmetic issues: one of the sockets was pulled out of the wall (a previous visitor had noted this so it obviously had not been fixed) and one curtain rail in the bedroom had partially come away from the wall. All in all, this apartment needs a little updating and a bit more care could be put into stocking it for visitor’s use.

“Séjour exceptionnel”
+L'emplacement de l'appartement est exceptionnel, à 2 minutes a pieds du Bastion des pêcheurs. La vue de la fenêtre de la cuisine sur le Parlement est magnifique. L'appartement est spacieux et on s'y sent a l'aise. Bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est disponible et à l'écoute.
−La cuisine n'est pas assez équipée si vous voulez réellement cuisiner alors qu'elle est immense et neuve.

“Csalódás”
+Tágas, jó helyen található.
−Irtó koszos szállás, tele pókokkal, hatalmas pókhálókkal. Koszos ablakok, konyhapult, tükrök . A gyerekeknek kinyitható kanapét ígértek , a kanapé alja nem volt meg . Telefonon elérni nem lehet a szállás adót. Törött üveg asztal. A csillárok ,konnektorok össze vannak tákolva . Nincs karbantartva semmi ! A szobában az egyik karnis le van szakadva, így nincs sötétítő sem .... Stb . A folyékony szappanok fel vannak vízezve ! Spórolnak mindenen! Nagy csalódás volt ennyi pénzért !!!! Drága, nem éri meg !!! Nem ajánljuk !!!!

+Très bel appartement, confortable, bien situé, vue exceptionnel depuis le petit balcon privatif
−Dommage que tout soit dématérialisé, un contact avec le propriétaire est toujours sympa, particulièrement pour avoir les petits conseils utiles. Cependant, l'appartement est superbe et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

+The only good things I can point out are the location and the fact that the apartment is spacious.
−I booked for two weeks, and the lack of internet was a nightmare. The apartment needs renovation and a proper cleaning. - The internet doesn't work! (Booking.com issued a partial refund following a complaint). - The dishwasher leaks, creating a pool of water in the kitchen. - The air conditioner remote is missing. - Power outlets are loose and falling out; some don't work at all. - The showerhead is broken. - The hot water tap malfunctions. - The living room sofa is broken and won't pull out (sagging daybed for sleeping guest?). - It is dirty everywhere; there are cigarette butts on the balcony. - The owner completely ignores messages and fails to resolve issues,all of this has already been mentioned in reviews countless times.

+Doskonała lokalizacja, przestrzenne mieszkanie.
−Podczas pobytu spotkaliśmy różne problemy: brak wi-fi, zmywarka która zalała kuchnię, zniszczony uchwyt w prysznicu, oraz jeden z dwóch karniszy zniszczony w pokoju. Po poinformowaniu właściciela, nie dostaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. Mieszkanie powinno także być bardziej wyposażone.
