+Location and view are perfect.
−The apartment looks good only in the photos. One bed was broken, and the mattress was simply lying on the floor. The table and chairs also need repairs. The entire apartment needs renovation.

“Good for couple days”
+Good value for money. The location was excellent, very near Fisherman's Bastion. 2 functioning bathrooms that gave commodity to the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment was stunning!
−Only one toilet paper per bathroom. The dining room table was very wobbly, considering previous guests' comments, I assumed they would fix it. One bed was broken, but we didn't mind as the others were comfy. Webs on ceiling. And the wifi didn't reach the top floor.

“Lokatie top hygiëne bar slecht”
+De lokatie was echt heel goed
−Vies! Het appartement was smerig. Vuile vaatwasser, pannen vies en het leek als of er niet eens geveegd was. Er zouden 3 bedden zijn..... Helaas waren dat er maar 2... Het 3de was een matras op de grond wat meer leek op een afwerk hok. Tegels in de badkamer kapot. Spiggenrag overal ( donker van kleur dus al oud). Kapotte kastjes en stopcontacten die gewoon los hingen

“Fotos bei Booking entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung... enttäuschend”
+die Lage und die Aussicht. Große Fenster, toller Blick auf das Parlament. Minimarkt und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fischerbastei fußläufig zu erreichen.
−Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter; auf unsere Nachfragen zu fehlendem Bett und nicht funktionierenden TV wurde nicht eingegangen. Der vereinbarte Preis für den Flughafentransfer lag mit 45,- statt 38,- weit über dem zuvor angegebenen Preis und der Rabatt von 10% wenn Hin- und Rückfahrt zusammen gebucht werden, wurde auch nicht gewährt. Der Zustand der Wohnung weicht STARK von den hinterlegten Bildern ab!!! Fehlende oder nicht befestigte Türgriffe, wackelige Esstischplatte, ungesicherte, lose Steckdosen, wild gestapelte Stühle neben der Wendeltreppe, statt Bett nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden.

+LA UBICACIÓN Y LAS INSTALACIONES PERFECTAS.
−LA LIMPIEZA PESIMA, UNA CAMA ROTA CON UN COLCHON EN EL SUELO Y SIN ROPA DE CAMA, 2 TOALLAS Y ERAMOS TRES HUESPEDES, NO HABIA NADA PARA PODER FREGAR. COMPRAMOS PRODUCTOS PARA PODER LIMPIAR, SABANAS HABITACIÓN DE ARRIBA CON MANCHAS. LIMPIEZA PESIMA Y EL TERCER HUESPED TUBO QUE COMPARTIR CAMA. ES UNA PENA QUE CON LO BONITO QUE ES Y LAS VISTA QUE TIENE ESTE TAN ABANDONADO.

“Pessimo”
−Appartamento pieno di polvere, ragnatele ovunque, sotto il letto c'erano 2 centimetri di polvere, un mio amico ha dormito con un materasso a terra perchè la struttura del letto era rotta, lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi.

−Temizlik gecikti. Arayıp konuştuğumuzda check-in saatinden 1 saat sonra geldi. Eve geri döndüğümüzde tuvalet hiç temizlenmemişti. Duşakabinde yoğun kıl mevcuttu. Ayrıca anahtar ev sahibinin bahsettiği şifreli yerde değildi. Girip kurcalayan herhangi biri odaya girebilirdi.

−Falta por ejemplo una tostadora para el pan y la mesa del comedor está muy mal parece que se va a romper

+Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes.Tágas,jó a kilátás.A kulcsot sajnos 2 órával később kaptuk meg,mert elromlott a kulcsszéf.:(Nagyon kellemetlen volt várakozni a 35 fokban.Kártérítést ígértek cserébe,de csak ígéret maradt!:(A 3 szobából csak kettőt tudtunk használni,mert szét volt törve az ágy.Kicsi csalódás megmaradt bennem a távozáskor.
