“Never again !”
+The location is fantastic,that is all.
−The flat was extremely dirty,the cleaning had not been made: one burnt pan,dirty dishes, dust,cobweb.The bed is a metal frame with a dirty and thin mattress...the wifi doesn't work.I got only one tiny towel and no extra sheet for the bed for 3 weeks.I sent many messages to the owner,I even had my Hungarian friend to contact him.The only answer was asking how many people were in the flat.I explained that there was a teacher alone for the 1 st Two weeks,and another teacher alone for the last week as we were on a Erasmus school project,he only answered that he was going to charge me 220 euro for the extra guest,who was never in the flat,but never answered my questions and ignored me until the end.It is a shame to be treated like this in such a beautiful country,when a little cleaning and a bit of friendliness was all I asked for !Budget accommodation can still be clean and welcoming.

+I liked the location the apartment was spacious with 2 rooms in a calm area.
−The apartment shall have a small renovation and a better cleaning. There were cobwebs on the walls, the walls were dirty. The Curtain holder was broken... I think it was expensive for that price.

+The location was excellent, also the apartment size was sapcious, with 2 rooms, large kitchen.
−The apertment shall have a small renovation, the door handle was missing from a rooms door, also apparently there was some problem with the wifi connection.

+the location was very good, very calm area and safe, even at night.
−Although the place was clean, it was rather run down. The walls had marks and were rather dirty. The furniture was in good conditions though. The bathroom could have benefitted from new amenities.

“Disgusting unclean apartment”

−We arrived and got into the apartment. We were told it had two beds..it had a pull out metal bed with thin stained mattresses.underneath was thick dust a dirty tissue.....)and a sofa. The tiles in the shower were falling off..the shower base was disgusting and the toilet was filthy..so I contacted the owner, who said it was what we should expect from budget hotel...and it had been cleaned , that was clearly false... We are two ladies in our 60.s who work in care so money is tight. We couldn't stay there it was disgusting... We had to borrow money from my bank overdraft to move to somewhere clean.... I could not have slept on those thin stained nattresses........ Such an awful place..I didn't mind it being small but I expect cleanliness and hygiene... I have contacted booking.com fir a full refund.... The owner has sent a £52 cleaning refund...that is not good enough.. The mattress was disgusting... An awful experience..

+The apartmant was in a good location, near to the Halászbástya and the Battyhány square, in a quiet street. It was spacious. You got 2 rooms within the apartment. You also got a kitchen with a cooker so you could preapre some meals.
−I think it neede a small renovation and a better cleaning, at the bathroom the tiles were fallen, one of the rooms the curtain rod was broken. If you would put a rug onto the bathroom, kitchen, rooms it would feel more cozy.

“Świetna lokalizacja”
+Lokalizacja blisko do Baszty Rybackiej, czyste pościele, czysto w pokojach. Przytulnie . Tani nocleg na 4 osoby
−Brak czajnika, widelców, patelni , był tylko jeden garnek. Brak kontaktu późniejszego z właścicielem
