“Lovely and spacious apartment located in one of the best areas of Rome”
+The apartment was very spacious and located in the best area for tourists. Every amenity was in a walking distance. Vast amount of restaurants and cafes located nearby. The check in and out was seamless.
−The property has a great potential but feels neglected a bit. Few things were out of order, but we didn’t bother to get them sorted as we didn’t want to waste our time on dealing with that.

−Communication Issues with the Host: Despite messaging the host a month before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, we never received a response, (the Checkin was at 3 Pm, we reached around 2:15), and were left standing outside with our two young children and luggage. It took few calls to finally get access to the building, which was frustrating. Bathroom and Amenities: The bathroom was quite narrow and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around comfortably. Additionally, we were under the impression there would be a washing machine available, as it was mentioned in the property listing, but it was nowhere to be found upon our arrival. Unstable Bed: One of the beds was flimsy and collapsed while our daughter was sleeping. We had to lift the mattress and attempt to fix the bed ourselves just to use it during the stay, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Lift Issues: While the lift was under repair for two out of the three days of our stay, we were still able to use it when necessary. However, the inconvenience of it being out of order for part of our visit was an added frustration. Luggage Storage: We encountered significant challenges with luggage storage after ch

“Ubicación e instalaciones excelentes para una escapada”
+En general, el alojamiento es excelente; principalmente por su ubicación que te permite andar hasta el centro tranquilamente a la vez que disfrutar de un barrio en el que sobran las ofertas de restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, etc de todos los gustos. El baño y la cocina están totalmente equipados con lo que se necesita para una escapada.
−Los colchones y, especialmente, los somieres están bastante deteriorados y resultan muy incómodos. El colchón de la habitación principal está hundido en la zona del cabecero, lo que hace que se duerma en una posición incómoda, con las piernas más elevadas que el resto del cuerpo. Como consecuencia, es difícil descansar bien. Además, los somieres hacen mucho ruido con el más mínimo movimiento. Si tienes problemas de espalda o buscas un descanso cómodo, este alojamiento probablemente no sea la mejor opción.

+De locatie en de vriendelijk van de eigenaar Het geluid van buiten krijg je met het sluiten van de ramen binnen niet mee. Super wij waren met twee jongen kinder ging prima
−De bedden mogen wel vervangen worden zijn erg wiebelig en kraakt en piept. Ook de keuken is aan renovatie toe sommige kastdeuren hangen los in de scharnieren.

+Tres bien situé avec un accès indépendant facile et un lit dans chaque chambre. Je précise, même si l'hôte n'y est pour rien, pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger que le bruit de la rue est très fort la nuit, il est quasiment impossible de dormir sans boule quiès.
−L'absence de réponse de l'hôte, l'absence de clef, tout par téléphone, il faut faire attention à bien avoir son téléphone chargé tout le temps.
