“Lovely balcony, great sized room, superb facilities.”
+Host met me at the property and explained how all things work. Very considerate with me being a foreign traveller. I enjoyed sitting on the balacony for the runrise before heading out for breakfast. Close to the centre of town and restaurant options. As well as transport options close by.
−On the 5th floor and i had just hiked Cinque Terre the day before so the legs were tired on the stairs. But I knew that before arriving.

“Lovely stay with a catch.”
+Location, style and everything necessary for cooking. Also it has shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen. The bed is good with a slightly harder mattress, which I love. Communication with the host was excelente and on time and he helped us navigate the bus to the airport and met us personal to explain the apartment and give the keys. Overall we had a great time at the balcony taking coffee in the morning.
−There was a sewage smell - thankfully we left the window open of the bathroom and it got better. It is normal for old buildings.

+Lovely appartment in a great location in the centre of Modena. The appartment had its own terrace which was lovely and had great views. The place suited our needs really well. Check in was smooth, staff really friendly and helpful. Really lovely place to stay.. would highly recommend.
−Only downside is the accessibility. Appartment is on tbe 5F and there is no lift.
