“Too much headache and disorganation, not worth”
+Location next to the central station
−It was very very difficult to contact the accommodation, they only have boots that doesn’t help or answer pure questions, they gave us a number for emergencies, but nobody’s answer, this number is only used by the admins when they want to inform something, one day before the check in they sent us instructions and the location of the key, but 2 hours before the check in they moved the key to other place and sent us a message. But whe were in differents groups , and I couldn’t see this message obviously because as it was so close to the check in time I wasn’t paying attention to the phone at that moment. It took me one hour to find out what happens, with the group calling me to say they cannot find the key where the instructions said it was supposed to be. Well, unnecessary headache, and also they ask us to contact previously to leave the luggage’s before the check in, I sent a message 1 week beforee lol the check in and just in the day they said it was noti possible to leave the luggage’s. Also, there is a picture of a washing machine but the machine doesn’t exist. I asked where I could find it and guess what, nobody answered until now. I won’t stay at this place again

“Nice place in Milano”
+Located ten minutes from the central station, with plenty of restaurants, bars, etc., approx. 20 mins walking to the Duomo, has 2 air-conditions. 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa, recently refurbished and modern. Metro just around the corner, perfect for a family or a group of friends.
−The air conditioners need revision as they are very noisy; the check-in via platform lost me about 2 hours and the support was "clear your cache and cookies" Thanks bro, much of a help. From the 3rd device we finally succeeded. There was an issue with the tourist tax as I paid it in 5am and on 2pm it was still appearing as unpaid but the support helped fast on this The bathroom is very small, so entering and exiting could be complicated Absolutely no space under the shower to leave shampoo, soap, etc. The floors need a better cleaning as it was a bit dirty like after repairs the deep clean was missed.

“Poor”

−The staff responds very slowly, there was no hair dryer, the shower only worked in one position, the shower stall was leaking. Both beds were dented, it was uncomfortable to sleep and you always rolled into the center. It was dirty in places, the kettle had never been washed. The table in the kitchen was loose, it was difficult to eat at it. There were stains on the towels, in general, for this kind of money I do not recommend this place, it is better to consider other options if you want to save your back and nerves. Unfortunately, it was inconvenient for us to carry suitcases, so we decided to live here for the entire stay, but the staff still has not answered us.

“Apartment was bare but fine for my needs”

“This property is NO GO”
+We were looking to stay not far from Milano Centrale, so the location is good, 10 minutes walking distance
−It was hard to identify the lock with the keys. The management sent me an old photo. so I was struggling to find the right one. It was not nice after a long trip. The apartment is not cozy at all! very minimalistic economic design and all in white colors. The apartment was not cleaned well and the rubbish from previous guests was still there. We slept all dressed up as I was unsure about freshness of the linen. Water was always stick in the bathroom sink.

“Dirty mess!”

−This was the dirtiest apartment that I’ve ever been to! From the uploaded photo you can see my socks after 10 minutes of the stay!
