“Spacious and perfectly located - would recommend”
+The appartement was clean and incredibly well situated. Stays quiet at night. The bathroom is big and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and quick.
−The only thing that we did not like was the bed, it was firm and uncomfortable.

+The person who met us on arrival was right on time an excellent. She showed us where to park and helped us with our bags up to the room. She was very passionate about her city and made many recommendations which worked out well. The building looks like old commercial office space on the outside but inside it is very nicely refurbished as a large apartment and it is very quiet. It does have a washer/dryer but those sort of dryers are pretty slow so we hung our clothes on the rack under the heat pump. The bed was good and the sofa bed very good. Whilst the location is a bit out from the centre, the local street on the downward side is full of cafes and shops. The cafe downhill in the street called Early is excellent. It is only about 600m to the tram or the top of the old town. People have complained about the parking in the building but I had no problem.
−The location and building are a little on the negative side and the view was of the buildings flat roof. But minor points really. It is not really single bedroom as there is no wall between bedroom and living area (was open wooden bars), so no privacy which is a little awkward with our adult son but we managed.

+We enjoyed our trip to Porto through this apartment. It has a convenient location, was very comfortable to rest in and we found it well furnished.

“Perfecto para visitar Oporto”
+Sobre todo la amabilidad, el trato y la simpatía de Caren. Aparte que el apartamento está bien situado. Cerca de todo, fácil acceso, el contar con aparcamiento incluido, en general muy bien.
−Bueno realmente es el alrededor, edificios viejos, algunos derruidos, algo de mala pinta, pero debemos de saber que casi todo en Oporto está así, si que es verdad que es una ciudad que está en auge, necesita su tiempo.

“Buen apartamento con una ubicación estupenda.”
+La ubicación es estupenda, a un paso del centro, una zona con muy buen ambiente y con cafeterías y supermercados muy cercanos. Y el hecho de tener parking es un plus importantísimo. El apartamento está nuevo, muy limpio y con lo necesario para si se quiere desayunar, comer o cenar allí.
−Los colchones no son muy cómodos y tiene poco armario, con la cantidad de espacio que tienen libre en la zona de dormitorio podrían poner algo más para guardar la ropa.

+Apartament znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, znakomitej do zwiedzania miasta. W pobliżu znajduje się sporo kawiarenek i knajpek, gdzie można dobrze zjeść. Mieszkanie zawiera niezbędne wyposażenie na kilkudniowy pobyt. Apartament jest czysty i zadbany. Szczególnie warty podkreślenia jest znakomity kontakt z obsługą obiektu, elastyczność jeśli chodzi o przyjazd i wyjazd, poradnik gdzie zjeść, co zobaczyć. Afonso jesteś najlepszy!
