“Perfect for large groups or a gathering of friend! Great location for all Melbourne has to offer!”
+Location is amazing! Close to free city tram, Docklands precinct, Marvel Stadium & Southern Cross Station. Supermarkets & many restaurants within a block. 4 bedrooms & 4 toilets! A main bathroom & ensuite in the main bedroom. Very spacious & plenty of seating to chill & relax.
−The whole place could do with a deep clean. There were a lot of cobwebs, the carpets were a little stained & the front verandah/patio is in desperate need of a sweep/clean (covered in leaves etc) & could perhaps do with some outdoor seating? The back entrance was full of leaves & weeds also. The front steps also covered in leaves which makes them slippery if you step in the wrong spot. I understand the trees around the area were losing leaves, but a quick sweep & removal would have made the entrance a lot nicer.

“Great location but unfortunately the key collection and odour indoors will not have us rebooking.”
+The location and the layout/ configuration of the property was perfect for our family gathering. The heating in all rooms was good.
−The front porch was dirty and littered with rubbish. The odour indoors was unpleasant, making all of our clothes smell even after leaving the property.

+The location and size of the town house.
−They don’t give you the option about if you are going to use the parking or not, they just take $27 from your card assuming you’re using it. Also a 12 minute walk to pick up keys which is quite hard when you have a heaps of bags with you to drag around. Other than that it is great!

“Was decent enough place to stay, great location.”
+The location was excellent, couldn't be in a better spot close to everything you need and was a quiet street considering it was in the heart of Docklands.
−The advert said 7 beds but on arrival only 6 which is why we went with this property to accommodate the 7 of us. leaving one guest to find alternative accommodation. The pillows had the consistency of cotton wool may as well not have had any. toilet seats broken and some general maintenance is lacking. The front gate was damaged and the wall holding it up severely damaged upon arrival opened the gate and nearly had my hand caught between the gate and the wall as the gate fell only thing that stopped it completely falling were the wires in the intercom. should have been notified not to use it at all it is quite dangerous.

+It was in a good location and clean besides the bugs.
−When we arrived the balcony door had been left open and there was heaps of little bugs everywhere. In all rooms up and down stairs. Car parking was an issues and confusing on the page and confirmation. Aircon in the lounge didn’t have much of an impact, could possibly turn them on before guest arrive according to the weather.

“Even with the few negatives we really enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect”
+The location was perfect and the size of the apartment was sensational
−The entrance and balconies were not clean, the apartment was full of mozzies (we are from the bush so are used to them but not the amount that were in there .. we had to buy fly spray to get rid of them) the remote for the carpark was flat so therefore not usable .. there were also cockroaches in the bathrooms. Toilet seat broken. Didn’t feel fresh and clean.
