+Getting away from there
−There were a lot of things broken/uncomfortable that made the whole stay an agonising experiance The room does not look like the picture. We expected a somewhat cozy room but instead we got a clumsy and disorginated room. The 2person "bed" is just an uncomfortable foldable couch. the bunk beds have springs that hurt and just bad quality. The parking is just 2 roads that are free to park and open to public so parking not garunteed. The big showerhead is not propperly attached and is full of little stones/limescale so the water shoots everywhere including the wall on the other side and the door so the whole floor is just drenched. There are 4 windows in the house we stayed at of which 2 are barely covered by the curtains but both of them are pointed right at beds. The kitchen supplies are there but mostly broken or worn down, like the oven doesn't have a handle and the coffee machine doesn't work the extractor hood is also severly damaged and held together with tape. Tho you cant even turn it on because the slide button for that is also broken. Also our checkout time was 10. At 9:30 i was getting the bags out the apartment and he was awaiting me inpactiently for me to get out.

+The host was very nice, the location was great and the house looked as described in pictures.
−The house wasn't very clean at all, floor was dirty, bathroom (I had to clean the toilet myself to use it) and kitchen (dishes and kettle) too, towels were wet, toilet seat was broken, bathroom door didn't close properly and the fridge smelt bad. I personally think that hygiene is bare minimum no matter the price, either if I'm paying 10€ or 1000€, no matter the conditions of the room described in pictures and what I'm paying, I think it should always be clean.

+Anche in questo secondo soggiorno ho dovuto spostare più volte il check-in a causa di traffico/ritardi dei mezzi ed il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Il sistema di ritiro chiavi è stato perfetto e funzionante. L'appartamento molto grande e spazioso e la posizione sempre molto comoda e facilmente raggiungibile. La settimana prima avevo chiesto check-out nel primo pomeriggio e ricevuto l'ok, poi smentito poche ore prima dell'arrivo. Il proprietario mi è comunque venuto incontro concedendomi qualche ora in più.
−Avendo prenotato due notti, a distanza di una settimana, non avevo capito che fossero in due posti diversi. La porta scorrevole della doccia era rotta e non si chiudeva bene. Mancava il solito tappetino che ritengo sarebbe utile :) Le batterie per i telecomandi di condizionatore/tv erano fuse nei primo, ma per fortuna non mi sono serviti. Ho utilizzato l'appartamento solo per dormire la notte e partire la mattina, quindi non so dare feedback sul lato cucina, utensili, ecc.

“Per le mie esigenze di viaggio è stato più che idoneo ed ho molto apprezzato gentilezza ed onestà.”
+Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, mi ha portato le chiavi di persona "assecondando" i soliti e imprevedibili ritardi di treni/metro venendo incontro ai miei continui posticipi di check-in. L'appartamento era grande il giusto per l'uso a me necessario: dormire una notte a Milano per poi partire la mattina presto. La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda. Per gli standard assurdi di Milano il rapporto qualità-prezzo è idoneo.
−Il bagno, in particolare la doccia, non mi sembrava particolarmente pulito. Inoltre la luce era fulminata. Il consiglio che ormai do a tutti i posti in cui soggiorno: valutate un tappetino per la doccia :)

+Tutto perfetto! Il proprietario è stato davvero molto disponibile, una persona veramente educata ed accorta alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è dotato di un bel bagno comodo, aria condizionata, di un piccolo piano cottura. È situato in un punto davvero strategico , a pochi passi dalla metro e dalla fermata bus. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo !!! Soprattutto a differenza di molti appartamenti a Milano , si dorme divinamente poiché non ci sono rumori esterni di mezzi ecc. Lo consiglio e ritornerò sicuramente!
