+Great location, freshly renovated rooms. Owner very responsive, no issues with additional requests.
−In apartment 4 door to bathroom were very noisy, with someone sleeping in the living room this is an issue. No sheets for blanket on the additional bed - needed to ask for it.

−This was our second time staying at this DoPomi suite. Each time we stayed in a different apartment. Last time, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which was hell in July. Now, in October, the air conditioning wasn’t working again,this time it was bearable, but only with the window open. That means, though, you hear constant noise from the street, and there’s a bar-restaurant right below the apartment. You also hear the garbage trucks starting early in the morning. Maybe we were just really unlucky, but I get the feeling that the air conditioning in the apartments just doesn’t work all the time, and you only find out after you arrive, when there’s nothing you can do about it. A representative from the management gave us a bottle of Prosecco as an apology, which we appreciate, but I would have appreciated working air conditioning even more. I can’t imagine staying in an attic room in the summer without air conditioning. But if you don’t mind not having air conditioning, you won’t find anything wrong with the apartment. “Great location but the clicking noise needs fixing before renting out.”
+Central location and well equipped kitchen. Very helpful personnel - she went out of her way to assist us with diverse problems. Also the apartment itself was quite stylish and well placed.
−Very complicated electronics. There was a constant loud clicking noise in the bedroom - could hardly sleep in the night. Also there lights that could not be dimmed at all. And there were other things like a safe that got stuck and Venetian blinds that were broken.

−Treviso is a very unique old city with a charming pedestrian area to explore. The apartment is on a beautiful piazza with lots interesting shops, restaurants, and cafes. I liked everything about the apartment.

“We love Treviso and do POMI Suites. It was the second time we started a trip there.”

−On the Booking.com website, it wasn't entirely clear who to contact about our arrival. Should we email or text or phone? And which number should we use? Ultimately, we called a number, spoke to a human and agreed as to our arrival time. It was easy from there.
