“Just right for our needs”
+Excellent stay, just right for the Wedding Reception we attended minutes away. Host provided extras like Bread, butter and a bottle of Prosecco which was very thoughtful. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Although adjoining the hosts property it was very quiet.

“Relaxing break in comfy surroundings.”
+Dippy Cottage is very cosy and welcoming with lots of interesting curious, a four poster bed, and numerous ornamental mice hiding in unexpected places. Nice courtyard garden with seating. Lovely host. Have already booked to go again next year.
−Ideally would have preferred a shower, rather than a bath, but has not put us off from booking for next year. (Not so easy to get in and out of a bath as one ages.)

“Would come back a thousand times”
+I loved everything about the property, it was absolutely perfect and everything I needed… I wish I’d stayed longer!
−There was nothing we’d change about the property, I’d change that booking.com didn’t let the host know I was bringing my dog, this caused some issues and an unexpected charge (not the owners fault) which was uncomfortable.

“Wonderfully relaxing”
+The location was perfect for our needs. The cottage was beautifully decorated and cosy with the log fire. The four poster bed had the wow factor. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Jo is such a great host and was right next door if needed...We loved our stay at Dippy.

“Highly recommend this comfortable cosy, well thought out property”
+Loved it. A unique property that should have felt small but it’s so well laid out it felt spacious. It was exceptionally clean, thank you for that. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I could ask for. The human and the doggie treats much appreciated by both of us. The location great for visiting local attractions and only 15 minute walk to the beach. So many unique treasures around the property, I only found 7 of the hidden mice though! Recycling is important to me so the bins were a plus point, saved me taking it all home. Some reviews mention the key to the amazing old front door being difficult. There was a knack to it but just needed a bit of patience
−The outside space was smaller than I expected but better than none and the fairy lights were great. Only basic TV, I like my streaming services so missed that.

“Great place to stay”
+Dippy Cottage is thoughtfully furnished, comfortable and has a little private outside seating area. We arrived and found delicious fresh crusty bread fresh fruit and prosecco which was a lovely surprise.
