“A truly idyllic stay! Only enhanced by Monia’s attention to detail and assistance.”
+Absolutely loved this property. Monia our host was waiting for us to arrive at 9pm. We were greeted with a bottle of chilled Processo ! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Amazing house , felt like home. Extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds, excellent showers and the icing on the cake was the roof terrace. We had a few barbecues . Great location close to centro historico and beach. Great range of food shops. We will definitely return. Our host Monia was so friendly and accommodating 🥰

“INCREDIBLE- A JEWEL IN OTRANTO”
+Our host was amazing- she met us at the door and was so friendly and patient as we were running a little late than expected. Not only was she extremely personable and considered but she took the time to even send some food recommendations/order takeaway food for us on the first night - we had little kids who were hungry. We also had a champagne bottle on arrival that she gifted which was an extra touch. The house itself is split across three levels and had enough room for us as a group of 7. We especially loved the rooftop and used the bbq a few times during our stay (it was super clean too- bonus points!!!) The location was within walking distance and we were able to park our car in the courtyard as well. We went to the beach every day! We loved loved this place- a very personable experience from start to finish.
−Only (very small downside) was that the wifi was a bit slow.

“Don’t hesitate to book if you get the chance.”
+Location is perfect, very easy to reach when arriving from out of town. Spotlessly clean and obviously a well loved, well kept home. Monica met us on arrival and kept in touch via text throughout our stay, offering tips, answering any questions we had.
−This is of no reflection on the property, but if you are travelling with a larger car, parking is tricky to access through a narrow archway. We may have added a little scratch to our rental 🙈

+The best accommodation in Italy!🇮🇹✨ This place exceeded our wildest expectations! If you think that the photos in the ad are impressive, then know that this is only a part of what you can expect 🤩 The apartment is perfectly equipped - there was absolutely nothing missing, and there was even more than we could have dreamed of. Comfort at the highest level, from air conditioning, through a parking space under the entrance, to the climatic interior finishing. We were especially charmed by the terrace, which was a dream come true!🥹Morning espresso in the fresh air, evening relaxation by candlelight, and the possibility of grilling - all created with the thought of special moments of guests. The living room like a set from an Italian movie. Perfect for relaxing after a day full of Italian adventures. And finally - the owner. A very nice, warm person who makes you feel at home from the first moment. Her cordiality is a true showcase of Italian hospitality. Exceptionally helpful, responding to all messages, trusting her guests. We were greeted with a special treat that made the evening after the journey more pleasant. “Herrlich entspannter Aufenthalt, tolle Gastgeberin”
+Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Monias wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es bietet viel Platz verteilt auf drei Stockwerke - unten gibt es einen großzügigen Wohnraum mit Küche, in der Mitte die ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer und oben eine traumhafte Dachterrasse mit allem, was das Herz begehrt (Grill, Gasherd, Lounge Bed). Parkplatz gibt es im kleinen Innenhof. Die Altstadt, der Hafen und der Stadtstrand sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Monia ist eine herzliche und super hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sehr gern wären wir länger geblieben.

“Dikke aanrader!!!”
+De ruimte, de locatie, de eigenaresse die ons helemaal thuis liet voelen, de faciliteiten, hoe schoon alles is en hoe lekker het er ruikt (dat zie je niet op foto’s ;) ). In een paar minuten lopen (met kinderwagen) sta je in het centrum van Otranto, maar de straat is heel rustig en stil. Er is ook parkeerplek voor de deur! En overal zijn horren en zonwering. Fantastisch verblijf
