+The apartment is a great size, even for a family of four and I arrived early, and the host was waiting for me at the door with the key.
−Communication was very difficult. Although you are given contact details in the information provided, they rarely respond to messages. There was no washing machine, even though I had specifically decided not to bring an extra suitcase because I was expecting to be able to do laundry. There was also no internet connection. When it finally started working, the Wi-Fi signal was only available in the living room. Additionally, the sofa bed we had agreed on was not prepared upon arrival. When I asked about these issues, I simply received no response.

“We enjoyed out stay, but I would say that going to Naples in a heatwave could be challenging.”
+The apartment was spacious with a great kitchen and dining area. It was clean and comfotable, ideal for a family or couple for a week. It was very conveniently located for sightseeing, but not in a touristy area. I liked the more local vibe to the neighbourhood and the local shops and restaurants. The museum is a short walk away as are several historical sites like basilicas and other churches. There are two nearby metro stations and bus stops. The air conditioning system works well and was essential to making our stay comfortable during the heatwave,.
−It was ok for us on holiday, but the lift is very small for even two people and the apartment building's main door is often left open - you have to make sure it is properly closed. The street is noisy, and you have to close the windows to shut out excessive noise at times. But it isn't a deal breaker. It's a nice street to stay on.

−Atmosphere and very noisy. Not enough night life for entertainment. Balconies were very dirty and couldn't go out of them without getting black soles.

“We will return”
+Very nice , spacious, modern and clean. We received also good coffee. Parking was also possible in the area . Just close bye is a grea value for the money restaurant. Visiting Amalfi coast by car from Napoli is a great experiance.

+L appartement est très bien situé et calme. Il est spacieux et agréable. L accès est très facile et les propriétaires communiquent bien.
−Il manque de la vaisselle et la salle de bain ne sent pas très bon (sans doute à cause des canalisations) et un tiroir était un peu sâle.

“Come a casa”
+Appartamento comodo alla metropolitana (due diverse fermate a pochi minuti a piedi) e vicinissimo alla parte viva della città (una decina di minuti a piedi). Nonostante affacci sulla via principale, è davvero silenzioso e ben servito dai negozi di quartiere e da ristoranti e pizzerie. I vani sono ampi, il letto ed il divanoletto comodissimi, la cucina accessoriata... Ci siamo sentite come a casa! Una menzione d'onore va al proprietario, il signor Sergio, che è stato oltremodo gentile e super disponibile nei nostri confronti. Torneremo sicuramente!

“Séjour décevant”
+Pour préciser il y a 4 appartements le rouge ,le bleu , le vert et le jaune où nous nous trouvions prévu pour 4 personnes mais avec une seule chambre avec un bon lit , le 2eme lit est un canapé lit situé dans le séjour. Bonne situation géographique Appartement spacieux et propre Bonne communication par message.
−Le mauvais état de certains équipements ( le dessus des toilettes cassé)que nous avons signalé mais qui n’a pas été changé. Le canapé lit de très mauvaise qualité impossible d’y dormir correctement. Les chaises qui bougent:il manque des vis en dessous. Le manque d’équipements de base dans la très grande cuisine :manque de verres, de couverts, de vaisselle,pas de grille pain… Pas de torchons, de pastilles lave-vaisselle au moins pour le 1er jour L’appartement donne sur la rue très bruyante difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres il faut prévoir les bouchons d’oreilles. Nous n’avons pas vu les gérants.

−Posoda in pribor v kuhinji sta zelo slaba.
