“Nicely decorated and convertible apartment in a great location.”
+The location was excellent. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus as was the washing machine.
−The stairs were very steep. Having to go up to the top level for coffee or tea was inconvenient, especially having to navigate the stairs carrying hot coffee. A coffeemaker and kettle in the room would have been nice. The bathroom was crowded.

+Our stay was perfect. All the way from accessing the property, which was super easy and excellent communication to leaving the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we were so close to key areas and walking distance from everywhere.

“Excellent stay, great location”
+Great clean apartment with lots of amenities. The location was ideal (close to the main attractions but super quiet) the AC was very welcomed during the hot weather, as was the washing machine! The apartment has all that you need ☺️
−The stairs are quite steep leading to the apartment which we did know about before booking, but something to note if you have a big pushchair (we had a small airplane suitable pushchair which wasn’t too much of an issue)

“Fabulous apartment in the heart of Monopoli”
+We loved everything about our stay in Monopoli at this wonderful apartment, which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Situated in the heart of Monopoli, the roof terrace was a fabulous addition to this amazing apartment! The hosts were also highly responsive and always on hand to provide tips and recommendations. −Not an issue for us but the stairs to enter the property are incredibly incredibly steep and would be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues

+Fantastic location in the centre of the old town. The roof terrace with sun loungers and comfortable seating was a real gem. Also the use of a washing machine was much appreciated. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
−The stairs to the apartment are very steep but not a problem for us but might be for anyone with mobility issues. No other issues
