“Superb”
+Apartment is very nice, very comfortable, clean, all furniture IKEA almost new.
−Shower which was clogged and Wi-Fi doesn't work. To be honest it was written that they don't have Wi-Fi, but we haven't checked as it's basic today. Regarding the shower, agency don't understand what is the problem even if we complained. I expected nice and clean beach, but the city is very very dirty.

“Enjoyable”
+The location was good, the apartment was spacious and the bedrooms were very comfortable.
−There was no hot water in the bathroom basin and the shower water temperature was very varied. The kitchen was a nice big room but there was no kettle and no cups larger than espresso size. We had to go out and buy mugs and a small saucepan to heat the water as there was only a large saucepan. The kitchen equipment let the apartment down, some more thought and care is needed.

“Exceptional”
+This apartment is extremely well located in a quite dead end street where you can live the authentic Neapolitan live. The centre of the beautiful Chiaia quarter is very close as is the metro station, a real gem!!
