“Beautiful property. Faulty AC.”
+The property was very unique and very clean. Amenities such as beach towels and umbrellas were readily available. The staff were attentive.
−For the high price of our stay, there are things we did not like, such as the air conditioning not working well (we had to request a fan, previous reviews had mentioned this so it's a known issue). Upon arrival we were very tired, yet had to listen to the host explain what the local rubbish collection days are. For a £100+ a day stay for four days, on our holiday, I do NOT want to have to worry about what days I can take the rubbish out.

“A great experience and a huge apartment to enjoy your stay.”
+Arched ceilings in the apartment let us experience some traditional Italian charm, yet the apartment had all the modern comforts you would need. A short walk to the Old City and parking right outside the door if you are lucky.

“Amazing unique comfortable place.”
+Very unique with the stone arches, exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. It has all you need. Owner left a bottle of wine, water, orange juice and local biscuits which was a nice touch. Amazing place.

+This is a wonderful proprty. Very large and comfortable. The owners met us at the front door and they were lovely. Walking distance to the old town and the train station.

+We truly enjoyed our stay in Monopoli. The apartment was absolutely lovely and spacious, with the beautiful, high-arched ceiling adding a special charm. The exceptional cleanliness and the warm hospitality made the experience even better. Added bonus was the lovely welcome pack with delicious treats. It was also very convenient to be just a five-minute walk from the town centre and to have local supermarkets only three minutes away. Thank you again for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We look forward to visiting again soon!

+This is a large, immaculately clean, and and beautifully appointed apartment. The location was about 3 short blocks to the train station....perfect for day trips. The walk to the historic district and to the sea was about 12 minutes...Perfect. The neighborhood had plenty in the way of shops, food, parks, etc. and yet it wasn't in the main heavily trafficked area. And the owners couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I was very happy with my stay!!

“Wunderschöne Unterkunft zentral in Monopoli”
+Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die zentral in Monopoli liegt. Wir waren erstaunt als wir die Eingangstür aufgemacht haben, wirklich wunderschöne gemäuerte Decken und die Ausstattung war top! Die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat problemlos über Whatsapp funktioniert.
−Das einzigste was uns eventuell erneuert werden könnte, wäre die Toilettenbrille. Diese weist leider ein paar braune Flecken auf. Ansonsten aber alles sauber und super ausgestattet!

“Fantastisch appartement midden in Monopoli!”
+Wat een fantastisch appartement, zo midden in Monopoli! Het appartement is uitstekend gelegen, erg ruim, super schoon en goed ingericht. Verder was het fijn dat er een goed bed was en ook de badkamer was mooi ruim met een goede douche. De ontvangst van Andrea was ook erg goed en vriendelijk en hij was goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Alle faciliteiten en benodigdheden waren aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf, zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het parkeren was ook prima te doen in de straat of in de buurt. Kortom: fantastisch!
