“Excellent location and very helpful management, but unfortunately the stay was overshadowed by serious hygiene, maintena”
+The location is excellent, very close to Zadar’s main attractions and everything in the city centre. We would also especially like to praise the team managing the apartment. They handled our complaint quickly, professionally and with understanding. They agreed to terminate our reservation and approved the refund without making an already stressful situation more difficult. Their response was absolutely fair, helpful and genuinely appreciated.
−Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet basic hygiene and comfort standards. The towels were dirty, stained and had an unpleasant smell, while the bed linen did not feel fresh or properly clean. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly , even after simply washing our hands or face, it took around 10 minutes for the water to drain. The boiler was also leaking, with a pot and glasses already placed around the area to collect the dripping water. The room is on the ground floor directly next to a pedestrian passage, so there is very little privacy. The only way to prevent people outside from seeing into the room is to completely lower the electric shutters, but this leaves the room in complete darkness. The windows also could not be opened for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, due to the hygiene and technical issues, we did not feel comfortable continuing our stay.

−No iron or bed sheets for sofa bed. My stay was so short this wasn’t something I addressed with host. Overall this did not affect our stay.

+The location is perfect. The interior design is great.
−There was dust on the floor. Since it is a t base level, we had to close the curtains and the room was constantly dark. However, the interior lighting is good.

“Sierpień w Zadarze”
+Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Ewentualnie dajcie na plaze zajmuje triche dłużej. Naprawdę świetnie. Za rogiem kawiarnia. 3 min od kładki dla pieszych.
−Maly stół i tylko dwa krzesła. Orzy povycie rodziny z dziećmi trochę uciązliwe.

−troppo piccolo per 2 adulti e due bambini, c’erano solo due sgabelli su cui sedersi per mangiare, la play station non funzionava, non c’è modo di stendere costumi e teli ( li ho fatti asciugare sul termoarredo ma facevano cattivo odore)

+Lepo opremljen smeštaj. Sve sto može biti potrebno za jedno normalno funkcionisanje je tu- udoban krevet, super opremljena kuhinja, tv sa sjajnim ozvučenjem, jako lepo uređeno kupatilo i prostor za odlaganje garderobe. Veoma kvalitetna saradnja sa delom osoblja koje se bavi komunikacijom preko Booking-a, brzi i konstruktivni odgovori, veoma srdačni. Za svaku pohvalu!
−Možda bi agencija za čišćenje trebala biti malo detaljnija, ali nije ništa strašno. Uredno, za 8/10 i to je zamerka ne za apartman nego za čistačice. Dugo sam čekala račun za firmu jer je putovanje bilo u poslovne svrhe, a osoba sa kojom sam komunicirala preko What’sApp je rekla da to nije njen deo posla, na poruke odgovarala na engleskom jeziku i ako se odlično razumemo na našim ( ja srpskom a ona/ on hrvatskom).

+Ambiente moderno totalmente ristrutturato.
−Necessiterebbe di un pochino di manutenzione aggiuntiva. Ho trovato l'anta dell'armadio rotta da non poterlo utilizzare. Per fortuna la sera stessa l' host è intervenuto per rimuoverla. Altre piccole cose segnalate invece non sono state sistemate ma in ogni caso non hanno compromesso il mio soggiorno.

+Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom. Smještaj je bio uredan, čist i ugodan, a lokacija odlična. Posebno nam se svidjelo što ima dosta parking pjesta oko objekta, što nam je bilo veliko olakšanje. Sve je bilo kao što je navedeno u opisu, a komunikacija s domaćinom bila je odlična i brza. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj i rado bismo ponovno došli!
