+Was all newly upgraded would recommend. Oven Microwave fridge outside seating area. So could cook a complete meal.

“Functional clean inside for one nights stay..”
+Very clean inside the property, it was fine for one night and functional for one night.
−No mirrors in the bedroom to do make up and dry your hair. Bed side lamps needed. Lamp needed in the room. Where the property was situated in the middle of a busy housing estate, I didn’t realise this when booking the property

“Great stay, we'd go again.”
+The home was very very clean. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. Simple and uncluttered. Loads of cupboard space for food Comms from the host were great . the area was very quiet at night . We slept well. Very convenient to shops etc.
−Nothing much. Outside garden could do with a bit of attention, but hardly an issue. Lamps would have been nice at the bedsides.

“We were only staying for one night and we all agreed we would have happily stayed longer.”
+This property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had been generously provided with extras like dishwasher tabs, condiments, bath products, kitchen roll, and so forth. There was even some tea & coffee. As we were only staying for one night & hadn't brought any of that stuff (which we probably would have done for a longer stay), it was extremely helpful to find so many little extras provided.
−The bedrooms didn't have wastepaper baskets, but to be honest hardly any property seems to include these. The only real problem was a lack of bedside lights, which meant you had to get out of bed to turn the lights off, and then find your way back in the dark. Some small lamps would be a great addition.

+Lovely house, modern and easy to use. Everything worked. Spent the day in Scarborough and then next day in Dalby Forest, location is perfect for that. Kitchen is lovely -everything you need. Bed comfortable, parking on drive.

“Clean, modern stay, good value”
+Very modern and clean. Two very decent sized bedrooms with comfortable beds & bedding. Well appointed kitchen with a selection of crockery & utensils. Great host- very attentive with communication. Perfect for 2 couples socialising, thank you.
−The exterior of the property is in need of a little TLC, but that doesn’t take away from the fact it’s nice inside.

“A Hidden Gem”
+The interior of the property is stunning and well designed. The owner was very responsive, polite and courteous. The place is a short drive to Scarborough and so ideal in location.
−Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the property, from the outside and street itself you would not expect the home to be as beautiful as it is. What a pleasant surprise when we opened the front door. The mattresses are on the firmer side, which by personal preference wasn’t comfortable for my sleep style, despite this, the duvet and pillows were comfortable. There is also only the one mirror in the property and so was a challenge for our group as we had an event.
