“Comfortable, clean, well equipped and very close to beach”
+The property was very clean and felt cozy. The views are amazing. Lift to get to the 3rd floor. Very well equipped including lovely beach towels and all beach essentials (parasol, toys and games).
−One of the single mattresses could do with an upgrade. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The location is quite busy so can be loud late at night. Struggled to find parking on the first day. Good to know that parking is charged daily (except Sundays not necessarily negative as we understand it’s a popular location, but good to be aware in advance).

“Passable”
+Location of property was very good. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. You also have access to boats, paddle boards and toys.
−The apartment was average at best. Very tiny and minimal amenities. There was only 1/2 toll of toilet paper and when we ran out we were told we had to provide our own. There was no shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom. The bath towels desperately needed to be replaced. The bed linens were not soft and the pillows were aweful. The worst part obliterated the apartment was the smell in the kitchen. The smell was coming from the laundry room which is connected to kitchen so there was always a lingering smell in the kitchen. So overall the whole apartment needs some love. Linens, towels, fix the smell and that would make a big difference.
