“Misleading to say the least”
+It was a good location close to everything.
−The photos were very misleading as the area was extremely cramped. The furniture in the reading area was not comfortable to sit on at all, so there was nowhere for us to sit other than on the bed. The "dining table" was 2 stools and a small rectangle table. The stools were not sturdy enough to sit on nor was the table sturdy enough to eat on. There was one small rack to hang clothes that had 3 hangers but no drawers anywhere. The bedroom was a very dark blue and there was no light in the room other than a very small ceiling fan and a bedside lamp, so even during the day with the sun shining it was very dark. The toilet in the bathroom was so small and low that it was more fitting for a small child. During our stay the ground's Keeper/mowers came and we asked if we needed to move our car and they said no. They got the lawnmower stuck in front of the car, then threw a black dust and grass all over the vehicle and put a dent from a rock in the front passenger quarter panel. Also, the owner/host asked us to leave a $35 cash fee for my 10lb dog which would have been fine had the booking not said pets stay free and the fact that they wanted me to leave cash instead of add it to the booki

“Decent spot a mile away from old town”
+It was quaint and has a king bed, but the bed was low
−Not enough toilet paper, a lot of cleaning requirements, walls are thin, multiple units are n the property, limited parking

“Pleasant”
+The location is good. 5 min from downtown
−No kitchen. Too much noise from the other unit, no space to put our stuff.

“Disappointing”
+Quiet neighbourhood, close to the city center
−Really noisy - thin walls, you can hear even quiet conversation of your neighbours. Dirty furniture, not clean sheets. Floor ventilation is on whole day. Turning on and off every five minutes and is really noisy. Management did not respond to this issue and I can see that previous guests had the same problem. I could not sleep during my stay here. I usually do not give negative reviews, but I'm really disappointed, and other guests can find better accommodation in St.Augustine
