−if you travel by car you need a lot of patience to find street parking. Maybe a couple of electric sockets for modern gadgets :)

+The unique and well fitted out layout of the place, loved the upstairs area and snug setting. The view was so special watching the canal and swans float past and narrow boats move through the lock. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a blender!
−The sofa bed upstairs was a little thin for sleeping our children on.

+The place is amazing to the point that my friend wants to move in permanently 😁. Amazing views, the studio set up is very comfortable and clean. It's also quiet with it being only 10min away from the town centre it's a real bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and we have found everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Home away from home - a beautiful property!”
+Communication from the host was great, plenty of contact from date of booking (October) until stay (December). The property is a small walk from the train station and is in a great location. Everything is within a 10 minute walk! From the moment we arrived until we left it felt like a home away from home, upon arrival the outside light was left on and the heating was on as the host enquired about our arrival time before the stay. The host had arranged a welcome pack for us that included bread, milk, butter and jams. The property also had a fully stocked kitchen (cutlery, plates, cups, glasses along with a lot of cooking equipment!). We could have spent our whole weekend in the property! There are plenty of hooks around the property to hang up coats etc. the decoration of the property is great - a really good vibe the minute you walk in! The bathroom has a bath and shower, we only used the shower - the water was warm and the pressure was great. The property also had shower gel for us to use! The toilet was separate and just through the bathroom, this also had bleach and plenty of toilet roll. The bedroom was a decent size, a sliding door to each side of the bed making best use of th

+Tha apartment is adjacent to canal off the Avon River and had a great outlook and a quiet and comfortable atmosphere . It was very well located close to Bath's attractions.
−The layout is a little different but we easily got used to it. The kitchen lights are much too low powered to be useful.
