“We enjoyed Budapest and our centrally located apartment. We would stay there again.”
+The proximity of the apartment to public transportation and many walkable sites is excellent. The apartment is very large with separate, well-equipped kitchen, a living area with sectional sofa and dining table and chairs, and two bedrooms and bath. The microwave appeared to be new, but didn't work. We put the washing machine to good use. The manager, Peter, met us with the key. He spoke excellent English and was very responsive to questions we had over the few days we were there.
−There was some confusion about the location. The address is Bajcsy-Zsilinszky 9, but the apartment entrance is around the corner on Paulay Ede Ut. On the morning we left, our cab was waiting on the wrong street and we almost missed it. There were no safety measures in the bathtub, so we purchased a rubber mat which we carried with us for the rest of the trip. The bathroom could benefit from an update.

“Fantastic host and location”
+Brilliant location, fantastic host! Size of apartment is great with 2 big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, also great air con, apartment spotlessly clean, we would definitely stay again!
−Bathroom needs an update, front door needs some attention and tv unable to connect to anything (eg Netflix would not load from start screen)

+Location was great - check in easy, and key handover smooth.
−The place is dated, and in an older building just off the centre of the city. The couch was dirty and needs a proper clean, and the bathroom and toilet needs an upgrade. Toilet is uncomfortable and arkward to use, as space is limited. Bathroom needs a proper shower and upgrade - rets of apartment is ok. Expected bettter value for money.....

“Great stay in Budapest”
+Host was very easy to work with when our flights were delayed-I called him on WhatsApp when our plane landed and he met us in the evening at the property. Property is in an excellent location and very spacious and comfortable. There were fans in both bedrooms along with A/C so temp was comfortable during the day. It had an elevator to the 4th floor and neighbors were nice and quiet. Property felt safe and secure.
−There were no directions on how to use the washing machine and when we asked about it when we arrived he acted like it would be easy. Took us about an hour to figure it out after googling for directions. Eventually we were able to wash one load. The fridge worked fine but the two of the freezer drawers could not be opened. Traffic noise got a little loud for a couple of nights from motorcycles racing up and down the street outside. (of course the property owner has no control over that but was still annoying.). Overall a very good stay.

“Ampli, net i ben comunicat.”
+Molt a prop del metro, ampli i net. Som una familia de 4 persones i estàvem molt a gust.
−El segon llit, el que era el sofà plegable del menjador, no era còmode. S'hi podia dormir, però l'haurien de millorar ja que no s'hi pot descansar gaire bé.

+Lokalizacja obiektu przy stacji metra oraz niedaleko przystanku autobusu lotniskowego E100. Do bazyliki Św. Stefana 3min piechotą. Super ciepło w mieszkaniu (byliśmy pod koniec grudnia). Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże i pobrać klucze przed godziną zameldowania.
−Brak umywalki w osobnym WC i „zapaszek”. Budynek jest dość stary i pewnie niewiele można z tym zrobić.

“Recomendable para jóvenes”
+La ubicación era perfecta, muy comunicado con el transporte público, el apartamento era amplio y la calefacción era perfecta, no pasamos frio en ningún momento, tiene lo esencial papel higiénico, toallas, café y todas las comodidades, horno, microondas, nevera, etc
−El baño necesita una reforma, es un poco peligroso desde mi punto de vista e incómodo, la bañera es un poco alta y el acceso se complica para personas mayores y tiene el calentador dentro de la bañera y debes tener cuidado de no mojarlo por si da corriente,
