+Everything was perfect from the high end fittings and comfortable beds and furnishings to the space and peace and quiet. Bus stop just across the nearby bridge if you want to venture out of Ypres to Poperinge but don't miss the Ypres Saturday market if you want to plan to stay in and cook up something tasty one evening.
−None of my party of 5 could think of a single thing that could be improved on apart from the Smart TV which on our particular stay wasn't! Didn't bother us as we weren't in very much. Katrien the very gracious owner was going to get this looked at after we left though.

−Only the early morning traffic past the bedroom window downstairs - I should have used the other upstairs one at the back!

“Lovely house, in a great location.”
+Good location, nicely appointed and equipped with quality fittings and appliances. The en suite bedrooms on the ground floor made the property very accessible. The outdoor seating area was attractive and secluded. The hosts were welcoming and their advice on how to keep the house cool was invaluable.
−We were expecting 2 double and 2 twin rooms and had expected the host would contact us in advance regarding the layout of these. On arrival the beds were all made up as doubles which meant that some family members had to rearrange the original sleeping plan as we had a mixture of ages and genders.

“Great property for a short or long stay.”
+The kitchen and garden were very good. Plenty of towels and good bathrooms. Bedrooms were all well sized. Location to centre of town was a bonus. Secure parking less than 2 minutes walk.
−Nothing, this is a well presented property and anyone staying here would enjoy it.

“4 night stay midweek”
+Everything, we were greeted at the arranged time and everything was explained to us regarding location of utilities, and a tour. The local area was explained and a 1 minute walk to private, gated, secure parking allocation. The house was clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in away from home. Everything was available for cooking. I would highly recommend De Nachtwaker and most certainly return in the future.

“Gezellig weekend met vrienden”
+Wat een mooie en betaalbare woning. Mooie slaapkamers. Twee van de vier hadden een eigen badkamer. Een ruime living, met een eigen baar. Een grote en goed uitgeruste keuken en een gezellige eetkamer. Op loopafstand van de Belfort!
