“Also there was no hot water in the rooms, and was never fixed”
+We stayed in the MOMBASA room which I think is one of the more expensive rooms and also maybe the most private, The room itself was beautiful and clean.
−Where do I even start, cost for the room per night with breakfast is over Euro 200, which is on the expensive side. There was no water or anything the in bedroom fridge for the guests when we arrived. There is no bar man at the bar and the reception has to go and pour a drink if you want, also the bar is locked and not open on a Friday and Saturday, this is ridiculous. There is no reception personal on a Friday or Saturday either, so if you have any questions or queries you need to walk around the property trying to find the cleaning staff and when you speak to them they just say that they are the cleaning staff and cant help. Although the room and pool was clean the rest of the property needed a serious clean and maintenance, the Jacuzzi was not working, I had to phone to get the Sauna unlocked at 12h00 midday when it is supposed to be open at 09h00, even after they unlocked the room that the sauna was in, they did not bother turning it on, so when we went to sauna at 13h00 it was off and I had to turn it on and wait another hour. The spa area where the massages are done does not look as though it has been used in months, extremely dirty with leaves all over the floor and massage

Jacuzzi was buiten werking.
