“Dirty towels. Wobbly table. Responsive staff.”
+Responsive staff. Helped with the boiler situation on the arrival. We arrived and switched it of by mistake (thinking it was AC control). The staff helped get the water heater working pretty quickly.
−The towels were dirty (found hair on those). I asked the staff to change those. They one towel on the door knob (didn't tell us that the clean towel was available). Still, I ordered a new set for JPY 2000. In the morning we saw the "free" towel on the door knob. It had some black dirt specs on it. The other "paid" towel arrived and was clean. We finally had 2 clean towels that we could use. But! For JPY 2000 you only get one small towel for hands and one normal towel. Strange. I thought a "set" of towels that we ordered presumed a couple for each person living in the apartment. We didn't like this. The table was wobbly (we were afraid it would break), but the staff repaired it next day. Other then that, the experience was not smooth as silk.
