+El apartamento está muy cómodo. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. La cama es súper cómoda. Y hay aire acondicionado tanto en la sala como en el cuarto.

+The apartment is spacious and comparatively well equipped, the location is in the center, yet it's not very noisy, the windows are viewing an archeological site. The owner brought the keys and responded promptly.
−The furniture and the carpets in the apartment are old, the floor was very dusty. I am allergic to dust, so I needed to clean the floor first. There is no coffee machine. The owner refused to issue a receipt for the stay in Dara house, which I asked with my reservation.

“Comfort, Kindness, and Great Value in the Heart of Town”
+Dara House is a centrally located, quiet, and clean apartment that has everything you need. The owner is extremely friendly. I was kindly offered a ride from the bus station to the apartment, which was much appreciated since I arrived late. I was also allowed to stay a bit past the check-out time.
−I'm puzzled by some of the comments and - pardon me - rather ridiculous complaints, such as being disturbed by sunlight in the morning. The apartment windows face the morning sun, and the blinds don't entirerly block the light. If that's a problem, it's better to choose a different place. Though I doubt you'll find one with such a good price-quality ratio. :)

+Very nice host - we arrived late at midnight and yet our host welcomed us nicely. Dara House is a spacious, clean, well-equiped flat. It is in a great location at the beginning of the pedestrian area, directly next to Roman Ruins and a big Park. Plovdiv has plenty to offer and the Dara House is a very good accommodation to explore it.
−There is a mechanical clock in the kitchen which makes a sound every half-hour. If you are sensitive to such a thing, ask the host to turn it off for you. But that's the worst that I can say.(:

“Apartment with a cool view!”
+Apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host was nice and responsive. The location is perfect, and the best part was the view of the Roman ruins from the window.
