“Good base in Douz with super helpful host”
+Super friendly and helpful host. He actually managed for me to identify and get hold of my local tour operator (I had booked - and paid - for a 3day treck, and never heard anything back through none of the seemingly fake communication channels , so when I had arrived in Douz I had already given up on the money and the plan - but with Hassen’s support it all miraculously worked out perfectly after all!). He also helped other guests to connect with appropriate tour operators to get what they exactly wanted. The rooftop terrace is also nicely decorated.
−My room (fan only) gets the full sun throughout the day, so at night is still feels like an oven. I guess all the AC rooms are ok though.

“Tutto bene”
+Alloggio essenziale ma carino, caratteristico, conforme alle foto e alla descrizione. Stanza pulita e letto comodo. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio. Buona la colazione. Molto bella la terrazza.
−Illuminazione un po’ scarsa nella stanza, ma non un grande problema.

+La simpatia del proprietario.
−La camera non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate sul sito. Piccolissima e senza possibilità di movimento, per aprire la valigia bisogna metterla sul letto e poi richiuderla. Prese elettriche non presenti nel bagno. L'unica lampadina presente che illumina bagno e camera si accende e spegne entrando dalla porta d'ingresso.

“Wahre Gastfreundschaft”
+Monsieur Hassan begrüßt einen herzlich mit einer Tasse Tee und steht einem für Fragen jederzeit bereit. Der Innenhof, in dem man auch Frühstücken kann ist sehr schön eingerichtet, genauso wie die wunderschöne Dachterasse. Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen. Man erhält alles was man braucht vor Ort. Der Busbahnhof/Louage ist fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen. Das Frühstück wird einem von Monsieur Hassan direkt serviert und man kann sich mit ihm angenehm unterhalten - wahre Gastfreundschaft eben. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
