“Cute and quaint.”
+The location was remote but close enough to major sites that a 15 minute drive was all that was needed. The host was lovely and offered breakfast which we had on the last day, it was delicious and from local farms. We paid £10 and got more than we were expecting. The hut was nice, comfortable and clean. The facilities and amenities were just what was needed, plenty in there to get you through a nice short break. We would highly recommend both the hut and the host.

“Perfect stay again!”
+I love everything about Daphne! It’s a clean, well thought out spacious hut with a good comfortable bed, quality linen and towels, a well equipped kitchenette and a surprisingly large luxury rain shower! There’s also a good wifi connection. It’s positioned in a paddock overlooking a field of sheep and although there’s another hut nearby you’re hidden from each other’s view so it feels really private. There’s a pub within walking distance and Wedmore village is just 4/5 minutes by car which has a couple of pubs and some other eateries, a village store and a few other shops. The location is great for visiting everything Somerset has to offer. This is my 3rd stay with Jane, she’s a lovely host and makes a superb breakfast delivered to your hut if requested…. I highly recommend you do! I’m already planning my return.

+We very much enjoyed our 1 night stay at Daphne. Everything had been thought of. It was very clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast brought to us in the morning was exceedingly good. We look forward to a return stay soon.

“Beautiful cabin , luxurious but grounded . Amazing location and staff”
+Apologies for the late review , our stay at Daphne was amazing . The site is beautiful you can see the sheep and hills from bed, so nice to sit with a book . the cabin itself is stunning ( we could live there happily ) tasteful but simple with all the amenities you could need.my parent especially loved the book on tiny homes / cabins ! We were happily surprised by a proper hot working shower that we didn’t see on the booking notes before . The homemade tiffin was a lovely touch . I got to sit outside watching the view whilst my partner cooked me dinner . Bed super comfy . I recommended to a friend who also booked - couldn’t want more we spent the two days in cheddar gorge a short drive away and the evenings in this peaceful oasis .

“Peaceful, cosy countryside stay”
+Great, peaceful location with lovely views over fields. Cute property with all the facilities you could need (kitchen stove and oven, small fridge, iron and ironing board etc) and very comfortable Perfect spot whilst travelling for work for a peaceful night sleep and outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the countryside Highly recommend

+Idyllic location but close by to tourist locations. Felt private despite being close to another hut and the house. The hut was comfortable and cosy, had everything you needed. Furnished very nicely.
