“Has a potential but sure not 10 out of 10 experience for the moment, needs improvements for this.”
+-Beautiful garden, big terrace, location near both Afytos and Kalithea (2-3 minutes by car), nice view to the sea and the area. -Shadow tent on the balcony is a plus. - Nadya and her family are nice. - Big fridge. - The property has s shelter for your car, but lacks 1 or 2 shadow park spots maybe, the one that comes latest has to park under the sun.
−The beds are extremely hard, I've woken up every day with a backpain, no matter if you sleep on your back or sideways, the pain is guaranteed. That was not a real holiday, we didn't sleep good for the whole 10 days. The so called "queen" or "king" bed was only 140cm wide, insufficient for 2 people. My wife was forced to use one of single beds in the room because the "king" bed was so small and uncomfortable. What a holiday, you cant sleep together with your wife in one bed, ah?! Both sides of the mattress were hard! The bath is really narrow and there is a curtain (making it even narrower), which is absolutely useless, as the door is pvc, i.e. no problem to get wet and there is a second drainage behind it. On the floor of the improvised bath cabin there is a useless and narrow abed, which had a jammed drainage inside of it, that was not unblocked for the 10 days of our stay, so you are taking bath in а miserable pool of 3cm of water every time. Sink armature was dirty. On the day of our departure no hot water was available in the morning, which was a strange hint to leave. The road to the property is short with gravel, bad for your car's paint if you don't drive really slowly. The
