+The apartment was clean and spacious
−We arrived at the pre-agreed check-in time, but the door was locked and even though access was supposed to be handled remotely, nobody responded to our calls for an hour and a half. We were left waiting outside.

“average apartment”
+The location is great, near Bari Centrale and in walking distance to the old part of the town.
−The check in proces is not good, can not open the front door without calling then texting the owner. The apartment has no central heating, it is heated only with two AC's which is not possible due to the high ceilings and the marble floor.

+It was walking distance to many areas. Close to the train station. The place was nice and clean, easy to get to. We had a really nice time. Host was very accommodating.
−If I had one minor issue, it would be the bedroom in the loft was very warm. The A/C did not reach it. We had a family of 4. For a couple of people, it would not be an issue. Otherwise, it was a nice place.
